Hail Cormyrians! FRC has implemented a Fallen Status system for Barbarians, Clerics, Druids, and Paladins to better align with PNP. From the D&D 3.5 Player Handbook: And regarding faith based characters changing faith in the Forgotten Realms: Going forward Clerics, Druids, and Paladins who are determined to have fallen (met the criteria to need atonement for their faith and class) and Barbarians whose alignment becomes lawful will receive a Fallen Status Token for their class. Characters with these tokens cannot level up in the fallen class and all of the fallen class's divine abilities (and rage for Barbarians) will be disabled. Similarly, Clerics, Druids, and Paladins who change their faith also go through an atonement process with their new faith during which the same limitations apply. Barbarian - Having Lawful Alignment- Barbarian Rage - Greater Rage - Mighty Rage - Terrifying Rage - Thundering Rage Cleric - Fallen or Change of Faith- Spellcasting - Turn Undead & Feats Driven by Turn Undead - Domain Powers, Active and Passive - Epic Spells taken through a class level - Class Items Druid - Fallen or Change of Faith- Spellcasting - Animal Companion - Nature Sense - Woodland Stride - Trackless Step - Resist Nature's Lure - Wild Shape & Improved Forms - Elemental Shape & Improved Elemental Shape - Venom Immunity - Epic Spells taken through a class level - Dragon Shape taken through a class level - Class Items Paladin - Fallen or Change of Faith- Spellcasting - Turn Undead & Feats Driven by Turn Undead - Divine Grace - Divine Health - Lay on Hands - Aura of Courage - Smite Evil - Remove Disease - Class Items Class features from multiclass levels will not be impacted unless that class has also been determined to have fallen or need atonement. Use of class items for a fallen character may be achieved if the items are usable by another class that has been selected as a multiclass option or through the UMD skill. Once given, the fallen status is indefinite until the character achieves atonement. Atonement may be attempted by the fallen character with oversight of a DM or EDM. Achieving atonement has a few components: Roleplay - The character seeking atonement should be roleplaying the path of redemption or acceptance by a new faith constantly. Atonement Period - A minimal atonement period will be determined by the overseeing DM or EDM. The higher the level of the character seeking atonement, the longer the atonement period will be. Atonement Quest - The DM or EDM involved in the atonement may require the fulfillment of a special atonement quest by the character. Other - The DM or EDM involved may prescribe additional requirements for a specific character's atonement at their discretion. The Atonement process is not an easy one and should not be taken lightly. If a fallen character achieves atonement and falls again, future atonement may be very difficult or impossible to achieve. Players of characters seeking atonement should take it seriously in the context of the game. Once the DM or EDM is satisfied that atonement has been earned, an atonement spell will be cast by an NPC and the Fallen Status token will be removed. At this time, the characters class features will be enabled once again. If a cleric has changed faith, the character will be given an opportunity to change their domains to those appropriate to their new faith if required. This will count as a rebuild. Alignment may also be adjusted with the minimal change required to fit the newly adopted faith. At this time Fallen Status tokens for other divine classes such as Ranger, Divine Champion, and Blackguards are not supported. Similarly, tokens are not supported for Shifters. Fallen Status provisions for these classes may be included in a future update. This new token system for Fallen Characters and characters with divine class levels who change faith replaces older policies previously in place on FRC. Please ask a DM if there are any questions about Fallen Status or Changes in Faith for characters with Divine Levels, or share your question in the DM Q&A section here: frc.proboards.com/board/27/dm-answersThank you, The FRC Staff

Hail Cormyrians! FRC has rolled out a Placeable Items system where players can purchase items that can be used to spawn placeables. This little tutorial demonstrates the basic use of these items. Once placed, Placeable Items can be picked up by other characters or destroyed - even out from under you. Watch out! Poofing - Placeable Items are not intended to be used in combat against monsters in dungeons or in PVP. If combat occurs near these placeables, they will convert back to items on the ground so that the movement of combatants is not impacted. Initially 70+ Placeable Items have been introduced in game, waiting to be found - Balance Scales (1) Beverages (5) Carpets (7) Chairs (10) Flower Arrangements (2) Food (3) Games (4) Healer's Cot (1) Hourglass (1) Lectern (1) Light Sources (7) Map (1) Music (3) Painting Canvas (4) Can be painted Parchment or Scrolls (2) Can be written Picnic Basket (1) Pillows (5) Reward Trophy (1) Can be painted Signs (2) Can be painted Tackle Box (1) Tables (11) Special thanks to Jorteck for scripting this system for FRC and to our team of Play Testers who supported this update.

Weston looks up from his paperwork as the War Wizard approaches. "Ah, greetings Jestra."
"Good day Weston." The steely eyed War Wizard gazed down upon the administrator sitting behind the desk.
"How may I help you?"
"Pray tell, have any of our Blades gone missing from the unit?"
"No sir."
"Anyone at all?"
"Sir, everyone on the active roster is accounted for. We do have a number of MIA's from years past. Would you like me to retrieve their names from the archives?"
"No thank you Weston. That will be all."

The steward delivers the daily post to Lord Roaringhorn in the noble court of Suzail. "Today's correspondence my lord."
The lord glances up from the accounts of the prior month's business affairs. "Anything of note?"
Briefly the steward glances through the letters. "A gnome sir, writs of a debt. Some six hundred thousand lions plus interest."
Lord Roaringhorn raised a bushy grey brow, "That doesn't ring a bell. I don't recall such a debt. Is anything on the books?"
"No, my lord."
"Hmm." the lord said. He turned back to the accounts, the letter forgotten.
"If I may, my lord..." the Steward said.
"Yes? Something else?"
"Perhaps it is an affair of Master Davion's, my lord."
The Lord of House Roaringhorn exhaled, "That would have been just like Davion, borrowing from gnomes. Gods rest his soul."
"May they look kindly upon him, my lord."
"I suppose you can respond Hatthew. Tell the gnome to call upon Davion's office. His people should be managing his estate if they didn't drown with him."
"Very good sir."

Nacyra topped off the tankard of a Westar ship captain.
With the Dragon Coast conflict resolved...for the next seven years at least...trade on the Lake of Dragons was picking up. The captain was handsome enough but after filling his tankard yet again she was skeptical he would be entertaining in her bed for the eve. Perhaps another patron.
As her astute gaze passed over the tavern patrons the front door burst open abruptly. A haughty looking elf wearing a fine grey tunic and pants stepped inside. Raising a disapproving brow, Nacyra glanced at the wall to make certain the impact didn't damage anything. She doubted the elf would like to have payment for damages...extracted.
Dark golden locks of hair flowed as the elf glanced one way to the other looking at the patrons carefully as he gracefully stepped toward the bar. He dropped his hand toward the hilt of his longsword.
At the gesture, Nacyra looked at the two guardsmen in the tavern. The sergeant was giving Calamity his rapt attention. Either he didn't know her price or was getting whatever he could from her before she dismissed him. The corporal was asleep in his cups, snoring softly, his face resting in a small puddle of beer.
The elf approached the bartender and said, “Good day my dear. I’ve been tracking a man named Sylus and have heard rumors he’s somewhere in this town often enough.”
She knew the name. The man was a Purple Dragon doing double duty in the Valkur's Roar reserve guard. One of those in the running for the Captain's seat on the council. Nacyra looked at the elf with a bland expression, conveying that she didn't know or care much about the subject matter. Her expression was only partially deceitful.
"Would you like a drink stranger? You can tell me all about it once you've settled down with some fine vintage." She could at least get some coin out of the elf.
The elf answered coldly, "No."
Nacyra glanced at Calamity. The Courtesan had glanced over with interest. The Guard Sergeant hadn't noticed the glance. His eyes were focused elsewhere.
The elf spoke again, “Should you ever see the fiend be wary be wary around him. He’s a fiend! He beat my sister to death when she told him she was pregnant with his baby and fled to Cormyr to escape justice. I’ve come to these lands to get vengeance for her and their unborn child!”
At the mention of fiends Nacyra reached up absently to make sure her costume horns were straight upon her head. This was the Tipsy Imp, after all.
The elf took a deep breath, watching the gesture, and seemed to get control of his anger. Once the barmaid lower hand to the bar again, he continued, "Please spread the word if you would so that all good people and women are warned of his vile deeds and can save themselves from his brutish hands and perverse desires.”
"I can do that" Nacyra answered, "for coin."
A clajingle emitted form a small leather pouch that was set down on the bar top, firmly and swiftly by the elf's hand. The sound spoke of silver.
The elf turned to the door.
Nacyra asked as the elf turned away, "And who is warning the good women of the realm?"
"I’m Agis Ailmar.”
The door closed behind the elf.
Calamity smiled to Nacyra, "I've been warned."
Nacyra smiled back, "You're no good woman."
The guard sergeant kept smiling.

Captain Pett adjusts his eyepatch and squints with his good eye to make certain he read the report correctly.
"I'll be damned."
"Hmm." Was all Shander had to offer from the other side of the outpost. He was sitting in a chair by the fire, half asleep.
"That name again...Mischa Zarkeen...magical assault in Greatgaunt...again...even the same magic. She was warned that the consequences would escalate. Ears full of wax I guess."
"Hmm." Said Shander.
"Yeah." Pett began the paperwork.

The city of Valkur’s Roar stands as the leading Comyrian settlement west of Suzail and serves as the unofficial capital of the Western Reach. The region and smaller settlements look to the city’s ruler, Baron Azorus Crownsilver, for leadership and security.
You, as an individual, can help him by joining the Valkur’s Roar Reserves. Serving beneath the command of the Castellan Aluxar Crownsilver, the Reserves consist of three individual units having special skillsets which enable them to address dangers and threats to the city and the region that are beyond the capability our brave guardsmen and militia alone. The ground shakes about the Western Reach city and a series of booms rise over the noise of daily life. Lightening flashes from the sky. Flames and smoke rise up in the Northwestern quarter.
The walls of the Great Halls are scorched by fire and the construction topples over in flames, burning to cinders. Bodies of the dead are strewn about the quarter, mostly about the hall. Guardsmen, construction workers, townsfolk, and armed assailants caught up in the explosions and a bloody fight that followed.
The Castellan Aluxar Crownsilver and Vera Gudwerks the High Inquisitor secured the scene, pulling aside witnesses. They make it clear that the city will respond and there will be justice.

Petrification Persistence
FRC has implemented a system to fix issues around persistence for characters that have been petrified by the Flesh to Stone spell or a petrification breath, gaze, or touch attack.
Having a petrified party member can be a challenging obstacle to overcome. A common work around used in NWN has been to kill the character to remove the petrification effect and then raise the dead character. Another work around has been to wait for a server reset to resolve the petrification issue.
These work arounds have allowed the petrification challenge to be bypassed without being properly resolved. This is inconsistent with PNP as petrification should persist until it is resolved.
With this update petrification will persist beyond character death and server resets until it is properly resolved according to our roleplay setting or the afflicted character respawns.
These changes help maintain roleplay immersion when resolving petrification. To help, we've added a few remedies as part of the setting:
- A new item has been added that provides the Stone to Flesh benefit. Just ask a Gnome near you. Or two.
- An apothecary crafting option has been added along with new ingrediants. Fight fire with fire.
- A feature has been added to Greater Dispelling and Mordenkainen's Disjunction to reflect the Break Enchantment Spell in PNP when casting these on a petrified character. The Break Enchantment feature will remove petrification upon a successful caster level check against the petrifying individual or creature. The standard caster level cap of 15 applies to Greater Dispelling. No caster level cap applies to Disjunction and the spell receives a +3 bonus to it's caster level check.
While petrification will persist until resolved, these additions will give all characters of appropriate level the capability of resolving petrification through additional spell selections or by having an item handy.
Best of luck out there and have fun.

Valkur's Roar Couriers raise the following proclamation bearing the seals of Baron Azorus Crownsilver of Valkur's Roar, the Council of Greatgaunt, and Lord Marister of House Zorastryl. Proclamations are made in the town squares of the settlements of the Cormyrian Western Reach and in Suzail. The written documents are left posted in public places, shielded from the weather.
Here ye, Hear ye,
Let it be known to the People of Suzail, Valkur's Roar, and the Western Reach
That in the summer of the Year of the Vindicated Warrior, 1383 DR
After a Pretender Lord, Matthias Zorastryl, Unlawfully claimed the lands of House Zorastryl as his own
Raised arms in defiance of the Crown and violently resisted the Crown's duly appointed agents attempting to restore the lands to its lawful lord
And acting in armed rebellion against the Crown killed or injured two hundred guardsmen of Valkur's Roar.
Let it also be known that these armed rebels were summoned to appear before Tribunal to be sentenced for their crime.
The officers serving beneath the Pretender Lord, leading his forces in battle against the Kingdom, were sentenced to Outlawry or Death.
However, the Tribunal had mercy and extended an offer of parole for those Zorastryl Rebel Officers.
Those who joined and supported the appointed Task Forces to remedy the wild magic afflicting the Western Reach at the time and to apprehend the Pretender Lord
Had potential to earn a pardon for their crimes committed serving the Pretender Lord, as determined by Task Force Leadership and Tribunal representatives.
The following individuals were determined to have not fulfilled their service obligations to the Task Forces. Their paroles have been revoked and they were not granted pardon.
Therefore their individual sentences shall be fulfilled in full, effective immediately as follows.
Castellan Vindel Alow for crimes of Murder and Armed Rebellion - Death. Should the gods intervene and restore life, the criminal shall be deemed an Outlaw.
Magus Carek Von Thendon for crimes of Armed Rebellion - Hereby deemed an Outlaw.
Sir Aein of Osiris for crimes of Armed Rebellion - Hereby deemed an Outlaw.
High Justice shall be performed upon Castellan Vindel Alow in Valkur's Roar on the 24th of Hammer, Year of Three Streams Blooded.
May the gods have mercy upon his soul.
The execution of Vindel will be carried out on Friday night, Jan 24, at 8 PM US Central time.

Following the Planarnaut Parade, things have quieted around Zorastryl Keep. The Planarnauts haven't been seen since they paraded before the people of Suzail and Valkru's Roar.
The parade seems to have taken the edge off the unrest in Valkur's Roar for the moment and the people of Suzail have been willing to give in to the celebration and revelry of the festivities. Planarnaut dolls and other trinkets have passed through the hands of spectators but are now finding their way to shelves and boxes as the Cormyrian people return to their daily lives...while glancing nervously to the west.
In the taverns there are rumors about an incident during the parade as it reached Valkur's Roar. Tavern goers speak about a woman confronting a neglectful Planarnaut father. Some mention a mugging or stabbing of a Planarnaut by the crowd of onlookers. Others talk of a lovers' quarrel that broke out in the parade. One account describes a Planarnaut backhanding a pregnant woman and leaving her on the cobblestones in tears as he returned to the pageantry and cheer of the celebration. An amusing rumor speaks of a long haired woman revealing a parading Planarnaut suit to be occupied by two gnomes, one standing on the shoulders of the other to make the appearance of a tall, swaggering hero.
The Western Reach Task Force traffic to and from the keep has diminished and there seems to be fewer of them about. However there is hushed talk between idle guards in Greatgaunt and Valkur's Roar that something is stirring. The Task Force is planning something.
In the meanwhile, a ragged and exhausted line of War Wizards, Mystrans, and mages from Valkur's Roar stand just outside the city on trembling legs, maintaining a wild magic shield, buckling against the weight of the inevitable tide.
The edge has been taken off of the unrest in Valkur's roar. While no longer threatening violence, unease is rife. Merchant vessels are diverting to other ports, such as Suzail, Marsember, and Moonever. Some shop keepers have closed their doors, seeking to relocate east towards a more stable market.

Sailors from the Sea of Fallen Stars bring news to Cormyr's seaports. On the 17th Uktar in the Year of the Vindicated Warrior, war on the Dragon Coast ended with the signing of the Seven Years' Peace.
During the conflict, trade between Cormyr and the Dragon Coast slowed to a crawl. The signing of the peace agreement reopened trade and southern trade goods began flowing into Cormyr again. With these came the tales of the traders and sailors.
The war began nearly four years earlier over a tax Westgate levied on goods traveling from Starmantle to the east. The tax was designed to discourage merchants from trading in Starmantle and establish Westgate as a more favorable port of call. The tax was successful and Starmantle began to lose trade.
Starmantle partnered with Teziir, another city of the Dragon Coast competing against Westgate dominance. Together the two cities began constructing a new trade road to circumvent Westgate's tax.
Westgate threatened Starmantle and Teziir with ultimatums, demanding that work on the new road cease or Westgate would stop it by force. Knowing Starmantle could not withstand armed conflict with Westgate for long, two Starmantle lords traveled to Cormyr and Sembia to ask for help.
Lords Walther Starling and Thurmond Sextant found little encouragement in Cormyr or Sembia. Both realms had been weakened by a mutual, costly border war several years before. The Sembian merchant lords were daunted by the risk of investing in Starmantle when Westgate seemed sure to win. The Forest Kingdom, beset by years of challenges, responded that it had no strength to spare.
One Cormyrian noble, Davion Roaringhorn, was moved by the plea. Roaringhorn recruited the partnership of Sir Jostlyn Huntsilver and the young Lady Gwyndaelyn Wyvernspur. The three agreed to form a business venture to support Starmantle's resistance against Westgate. The Starmantle Protectorate was created by which assistance to Starmantle would be in the form of a private enterprise independent of the Crown's ruling.
The three nobles traveled to Immersea for the Shieldmeet Tournament in the Year of the Blazing Hand to win attention in the games. After being unhorsed in a joust at the tourney, Davion Roaringhorn made a plea for adventurers to hire with the Starmantle Protectorate to win glory and riches in a just cause. Also competing at Shieldmeet, the Ironsworn Mercenary Company was intrigued by the speech.
On the Dragon Coast, Westgate marshaled a large army under the command of several generals from houses Bleth, Cormaeril, Dhostar, and Thalavar and marched against Starmantle. Starmantle fielded a much smaller army under Lord Walther Starling which held the Westgate advance at a strategic location called the Long Arm Crossing.
Westgate circumvented Lord Starling's position with the help of a pirate lord named Ravenskull. Infamous for mutiny during the Cormyr-Sembia border conflict, Ravenskull stole away with a squadron of Sembian warships and turned to piracy. Now receiving gold from Westgate, Ravenskull raided the Starmantle coast behind Lord Walther's position and enabled Westgate to claim the strategic position. To make matters worse, Ravenskull blockaded the Starmantle Harbor and began a stranglehold on the city.
In Cormyr, the Protectorate held a series of feasts to sell shares of stock and raise funds for the endeavor. With these resources the Protectorate was able to employ the Ironsworn Mercenary Company and hire six ships, including the Wandering Scholar of Marsember, by which to sail to Starmantle. Ferrying materials for the war to Starmantle, Roaringhorn's fleet became adept at running the Ravenskull blockade.
In Ches of the Year of the Black Blazon, Roaringhorn, Wyvernspur, and the Ironsworn Mercenary Company set sail on the River Regis, the Wet Whistle, and the Wandering Scholar with the intent to run the Ravenskull blockade and deliver soldiers, food, and war materials to the embattled city of Starmantle.
The journey was met with resistance by Ravenskull who had been directed to prevent help from reaching Starmantle. Davion Roaringhorn was lost at sea when the River Regis was sunk by Ravenskull, undead pirates, or a horrific storm at sea...the tales vary.
The remaining ships of the Starmantle Protectorate succeeded in reaching the city only to find it bleeding from a raid by Ravenskull and the Starmantle army in full retreat a few days from the gates with the Westar on their heels.
The Ironsworn, Roaringhorn, and Wyvernspur forces of the Protectorate marched out and held against Westgate long enough for the Starmantle forces to regroup and join them. The Westgate advance was halted.
A bloody war of attrition took place over the following months on the Reddansyr road. The Starmantle defenders outperformed the attacking Westar but could afford fewer losses. Following the loss of a heroic Starmantle Captain, the Ironsworn began conducting a series of raids against the Westar positions. The raids succeeded in rescuing Teziir soldiers taken prisoner by the Westar army and capturing several Westar generals.
Lord Starling was killed during a Westgate counter attack and the Starmantle admiral fled the harbor while stealing Starmantle's best ships. Commander Dimitri Golde of the Ironsworn and Captain Vennis Haler of the Wandering Scholar were appointed as Starmantle's new marshal and admiral respectively.
The war grew more bleak for Starmantle with the arrival of the Grey Legion. The dead from both armies killed during the war were animated into undead soldiers marching on Starmantle. With the Grey Legion approaching, two Starmantle lords led half of the Starmantlar out of the city in surrender to Westgate for protection. The remaining Starmantlar did their best to ready the city to face the army of undead soldiers.
The relentless march of the Grey Legion upon Starmantle was grim. While the defenders were facing the undead, traitors within Starmantle struck. Lord Rolando Penceton coordinated with Fire Knives assassins in attempts to eliminate individuals key to Starmantle's leadership or defense. The betrayal was costly and reduced Starmantle's defenses. The defenders were forced to yield the outer walls and fall back to a citadel within the city, with the remaining civilians crowded inside.
The defenders held against a relentless sea of undead and the horrors brought with them until help arrived. A druid in the Ironsworn company befriended the Gulthmere Druid Circle who had been neutral in the trade conflict. Evidence of the Grey Legion stirred the druids to act and they moved to Starmantle's relief.
Additional help came unforeseen from another quarter as well. A squadron of Sembian galleons arrived in Starmantle's harbor carrying refugees from Shou Lung who were fleeing famine in the east. With the help of the Shou and the Sembians, Starmantle was able to overcome the Grey Legion and win back the city.
Having a moment's respite, the Starmantle League of Merchant Lords replenished empty seats by appointing the heirs of Lords Starling and Penceton. New seats were created for their allies, appointing Admiral Weir of Sembia, Hiro Min Su from Shou Lung, and Valera Serena of the Starmantle Protectorate Company of Cormyr.
The bolstered forces of Starmantle marched to retake the Long Arm Crossing. A successful assault coordinated between the army and navy won the strategic position back for Starmantle, captured another Westar general, and drove off Ravenskull's fleet.
Being aware of a fresh Westar army on the march, the Starmantlar decided to gamble on a night raid against the Westar camp. Landing ashore by sea in the dead of night, the Ironsworn struck the primary camp of the Westar vanguard, catching the enemy off guard in a devastating assault. Sembian and Shou raiders hit smaller camps that night with similar successes.
Afterword the defenders of the Long Arm Crossing were not met by the Westar Army but instead by Lord Sebastian Bleth under a flag of truce. Lady Valera Serena led the Starmantle negotiations with Lord Bleth and terms were met in an agreement called the Seven Years' Peace. Lord Bleth vowed that Westgate had no hand in the Grey Legion and would bring those responsible to justice. Prisoners were exchanged and nearly three thousand Starmantlar who fled the city returned home.
There was still to be another casualty of the war. The Wandering Scholar caught fire while at dock by mysterious circumstances, losing her main mast and suffering significant damage to her hold before the fire could be brought under control. The shipwrights advise it would be months before the caravel is seaworthy again.
In the tendays that followed, Starmantle began rebuilding with the help of new neighbors from Shou Lung while a squadron of Sembian war ships patrol its shores. In the city of Starmantle a celebration took place to remember the fallen heroes of the city and to celebrate its heroes that have seen the war through to its end.
Lady Valera Serena was confirmed before the people of Starmantle and pledged to support the rebuilding of the city. The Cornucopia Trading Company plans to relocate it's headquarters to Starmantle where Lady Valera now resides. Fear not, as a Cornucopia trading post will undoubtedly open soon at a location near you. In the meanwhile, Lady Valera maintains a reward in gold for information about a missing hin named Dorothy "Dot" Popplebottom who disappeared during the siege of the Grey Legion.
Marshal Dimitri Golde and Admiral Vennis Haler retired from their official military posts but were awarded with the Knighthood of Starmantle. The Wandering Scholar Captain and Alizarin Headmaster was invited to open an Alizarin campus in Starmantle. The Ironsworn Commander was asked to raise a new unit of Ironsworn garrisoned in Starmantle to help bolster its defenses during the Seven Years' Peace.
For steadfast devotion to Starmantle during the war, the Knight of Starmantle honor was awarded to Lieutenants Mara Iron-Heart, Gertrude Harlaw, and Bao Gur of the Ironsworn.
Several surviving Ironsworn Mercenaries who served with bravery and distinction beyond the call of duty earned the Hero of Starmantle honor: Sergeants Togar, Bryce Vaylan, and Scar Caellen; Corporals Calah Cain, Jay Stormborn, and Nathaniel James Collins; and Privates Grillo, Eldarel, and Snaer.
The adventuress Loria of the Wandering Scholar's crew and bodyguard of Lady Valera was also recognized as a Heroine of Starmantle.
Additional surviving members of the Ironsworn Company were recognized as Veterans of Starmantle: Corporals Lypilla and Tavore D'arle and Privates Yashiera Jassaan, Otto, Ezra, and Willem Littledale.
Corporal Jay Stormborn, Hero of Starmantle, was invited into the Druid Circle of the Gulthmere. Stormborn agreed to serve in Starmantle as their representative with hopes to strengthen bonds of friendship between the Circle and the city in the years to come.
On the 29th of Uktar in the Year of the Vindicated Warrior stability returns to the Dragon Coast and Sembia seeks to profit for it's unanticipated investment in Starmantle. The Trade Wind sails into Marsember's harbor. She is the first Sembian war ship to do so in nearly six years. This time she sails under a flag of peace with war weary Cormyrian veterans from the Dragon Coast on her deck, eager to return home to their lives in Cormyr.
With the arrival of news from the Trade Wind, Starmantle Protectorate Stock reaches an all time high proving to be a good day for Shareholders.

*Early in the morning at the first moments of dawn, a Purple Dragon in uniform of the Royal Corps of Monster Hunters would make her way to the House of Healing. First, she would greet the clergy, healers and patients present, and then she would salute the Purple Dragons stationed there. She would then identify herself as Firstsword Norah Klender, and ask them if access to visit "those who rest in gentle repose" could be granted to her...
The Purple Dragon Firstsword salutes Norah and directs the Blades to allow the RCMH Firstsword through as a pair of mages in Alizarin colors watch on.

Posters are pinned up around Valkur's Roar. Each poster is made of a durable purple card which has been cut in to the shape of a mask. It has black writing within the center of it.
She walks through the streets of 'Mist, Unassuming and alone, The city within her fist, Whatching nobles as they drone.
In purple mask she observes, How the rich and the wealthy, Give us senteances to serve, While their children stay healthy.
She thinks that this will soon end, And we ask for you to rise, You - the peasants who they rend, So stand with her against the lies!
Together we will make Redmist's Redfist.
