Dear Sir Roaringhorn,
Some years ago, when you most needed coin, I loaned you a sizable sum. That loan is now due and payable, and I am writing this missive to you to request immediate payment of the 633,211 lions you owe me. Your endeavors have ended a while ago and when it comes to matters of coin, I expect to be paid promptly. If you can’t make payment of the loan in coin, we may be able to work out terms to my satisfaction. This could include payment over time or your transfer to me of one or more items that I deem satisfactory. Please contact me within 10 days. I reserve all my rights under applicable law.
Sincerely,
Gardrak Fire Rune Rune Master of Thrymgavin

Gardrak send the following missive to House Roaringhorn. Dear Sir Roaringhorn, I gave you eleven days to respond to my previous letter concerning the matter of the 633,211 lions you owe me. Due to my generous nature I gave you an extra day to respond. However, I feel you have taken advantage of me and so am adding a late fee to the sum you owe me. Please pay the amount of 700,000 lions in full within the next ten days. Please consult the previous letter as to the terms of repayment. Sincerely, Gardrak Fire Rune Rune Master of Thrymgavin DM Hawk

The steward delivers the daily post to Lord Roaringhorn in the noble court of Suzail. "Today's correspondence my lord."
The lord glances up from the accounts of the prior month's business affairs. "Anything of note?"
Briefly the steward glances through the letters. "A gnome sir, writs of a debt. Some six hundred thousand lions plus interest."
Lord Roaringhorn raised a bushy grey brow, "That doesn't ring a bell. I don't recall such a debt. Is anything on the books?"
"No, my lord."
"Hmm." the lord said. He turned back to the accounts, the letter forgotten.
"If I may, my lord..." the Steward said.
"Yes? Something else?"
"Perhaps it is an affair of Master Davion's, my lord."
The Lord of House Roaringhorn exhaled, "That would have been just like Davion, borrowing from gnomes. Gods rest his soul."
"May they look kindly upon him, my lord."
"I suppose you can respond Hatthew. Tell the gnome to call upon Davion's office. His people should be managing his estate if they didn't drown with him."
"Very good sir."
