To The Council Members of The Town of Shallybrook:
All legal ends have been met and the funds intended for the general upkeep of the Three Dragons Villa now be in me possession. Please let me know when and where me should bring the bank notes and coins.
Per the will, signed by your council, the total sum of 37,500 lions will be used for the upkeep, food and repairs to the Three Dragons Villa. This amount should cover these cost for a fair few years, by me reckoning, but as executor of Arician the Blue's will, me will be coming by Shallybrook every so often to make sure the terms of the will are being met.
Please send word back to the Great Hall in Valkur's Roar as to when an opportune time to get this to your treasury will open.
