I can be rather opinionated on the forum, but even when I disagree with an implementation, change, nerf or rebuild I want you guys to know that I appreciate every minute you spend in the toolset for me and everyone else... ...but mostly me. So even when I say something that disagrees with Kal or anyone else, know I still respect the time and effort they put in to make the server what it is: The best RP server I have played on in four years. Cheers Ditto this! Please please /please/, there's nothing more irksome to me, as an active participant on the forums, as when being vocal is taken as being ungrateful for what we do have. If I didn't think this was a good server and worth trying to help make even better, I wouldn't be bothering to post at all. Thanks again for all the hard work.

I noticed when I used improved disarm on an orc, the weapon was actually unequipped. Thank you for letting my two feats not be wasted!

I just want to say, in a broad, general way, that I think FRC has the BEST built adventuring areas that there are anywhere. Each area has a cohesive feel to it. The layouts just make sense. No matter what level a character is, there's always a good variety of areas to go to. Transition zones are generally clear of monsters spawning on top of you as soon as you enter. The sorts of challenges a party faces are highly varied between purely martial, magical, and heavy on traps, with a high variety of environments. Adventuring areas even come in a good variety of lengths of time they take to complete, from a few minutes, to a couple hours for one dungeon. I can't think of a single area on the server that doesn't reflect a lot of focused work done by talented people. Thank you, builders, for what you do to make FRC what it is.

This has been in for awhile, but thanks for the more fortified Dhedluk. It really looks like a fortress in the woods now, to keep out those pesky orcs. And since my main character lives there, she appreciates it.

Been a while last time we made a big update but I am still finding nice little touches all over the place.
The attention to detail is something.
Thanks.
DM Zephyr.

Great job on Valkur's Roar it really comes to life like Dedluk does. The color is amazing and the dungeons revamped were exciting and new all over again. Kudos to all that worked on it.

I only had time to check VR and as soon as my character teleported there I was in shock. The place looks just totally awesome! And those dime lights... just top of the top. Redmist ftw! +winks+ I'm an addict for details and the hour I spent checking every single inch (centimeter) was worth it. I sooooooooo want to buy a house for my elf in that place now! +casts Wish spell+ I haven't had time to check anything else besides that area, so I'm really looking forward to see what else has changed.
Just want to say: Thanks for all the hard work. My gratitude for such work, seriously. And thanks as well for spicing the module each time there is an update... really brings life to it, especially for those who play here for so long. It's things like these that keep us here as well (besides the RP/friendly community).
Well, logging in last night and noticing such changes made me happy (game-wise).

I have recently found some of the new loot as well as walked around and viewed VR. You guys are doing a great job. This all on top of the hidden resting areas that were added awhile back, You guys are doing an awesome job.
P.S. The new loot will be sure to have a few mages I know slobbering all over themselves, so if you drag a mage along....bring a bib for them and a rain coat because they will be begging for some of the stuff I found. Oh, and chain gloves so they dont bite your hand off to get them.... Thats about all the advice I got for ya.
Great Job guys.

I will also chime in about Valkur's Roar. It now looks tough, gritty, dirty...just like an old port city should. I walked around it just enjoying the atmosphere and the immersion level. The transformation is fantastic and I will be making excuses now to just wander through it. Great job.

New loot... AWESOME
Not having to scramble to raise people for the dungeon boss? AWESOME
I love it all!
Except for those stupid hoard creatures. I hate you for that. But you already knew that (just kidding/teasing, by the way, if its not obvious)

New loot... AWESOME Not having to scramble to raise people for the dungeon boss? AWESOME I love it all! Except for those stupid hoard creatures. I hate you for that. But you already knew that (just kidding/teasing, by the way, if its not obvious) There's a minor glitch with the new "tombs" found in the GG Catacombs (and fixed when we next update), but other than that most went well. (The replacement tomb spawns over the old one and the old one isn't destoyed. Since all are set as "one shot" its not an exploit to click a few times to find the one that works. It's just annoying. Fixed when we next update though.) There's a few glitched items in some of the new loot. If anyone finds a non-sellable belt or other magic items, just trash them. You're not being shorted on coin. They are mistakenly set as "plot" so register a zero value and are dropped as low loot from a few dragons and bosses. Beats a feather though. Several new loot items have +1AB vs specific creatures or alignments. There are many new low value gloves, boots, cloaks and other things with just a +1 to a skill that benefit low levels overall. If no one has noticed, most food items (lemme know if any do not) now not only restore the resting penalties, they heal 1hp. This will be most beneficial to our lower level players. As updates continue, you'll likely find herbs and other things with minor healing effects and sometimes other suprises when consumed.

The new goblin dungeon in the "woods" is quite nice; well done!
The changes to one of the orc caves recently has made it much more challenging and very exciting to push through. Also well done!
The horde of new loot is very fun - I laughed out loud when I found a "Used and Smelly Goblin Codpiece"

lets see the summary is - traps - trap components - herbs The changes made in these three areas has been noticed and appreciated (still a minor mutter about traps that spawn in on Z axis such that they can not be seen, disarmed or recovered, but we can RP that away, as painful as it is to our feet or our disappointment at not having another shiney trap in our pack) quote: "My precious"

I had a chance to see the remodeled gnoll cave today, with a party of two level 5s and a level 6... very well done with that one. It was much more flavorful than it used to be, was challenging and had some fairly unique spawns. We all had a fun time of it, it was vastly improved.
(My only complaint was that there were a lot of "invisible" enemies in the final 2-3 mass gnoll encounters, but that's always a problem on and off)

I like the new orc cave in Eveningstar. Not sure how long ago it was rebuilt, but the 2nd area inside wrecked my face! I cant wait to try again ;D

I too finally got to see the changes to the Eveningstar orcs cave. I cried when i entered the 2nd area, with panic. Yet i moved forward.
.....I cried more later.
.... more crying.
From the get go before even entering the cave the challenge was felt. Then i actually entered the cave. *Blinks*
Love the changes, nice and challenging. Thanks.

Eveningstar orcs ... ... wow ... ... just ... wow ... Scary, exciting, creepy at times, didn't know what to expect next (though I am sure I'll get to know with repeated visits). Brutal. Kept coming at you and hitting hard in fight after fight after fight. The area accomplished the impossible: It got Katessa to doubt that she was up to the task! I'm stunned. Positively stunned. A beautiful work of DND building art.

I know this is late in coming, but thank you build team for the !walk command. You have made one of my (mechanically) least favorite races (due to SHIFT-click) one of my favorites (mechanically) because even fewer things break !walk than detect mode.
