Venerable members of the Council,
Let me please introduce myself first, my name is Horus Hafzel a priest and devout follower of the Vaunted One. I have taken it upon myself to find a suited location to build a place of worship for my Lord. A place where those of same faith as myself could gather and give praise to the Vaunted. It is for this reason I seek an audience with the Council and discuss the eventual possibilities of my ideas. I will be awaiting the Council's answer.
