Wow... I would have to agree with cloak. For me, it wasnt not wanting to be involved as much as not catching you when you were DMing as your guidelines suggested we do. The bigger surprise is the retirement. You are one of the most immersive DMs I have had the pleasure of interacting with and defintely tell some of the most complex stories. Sorry to see you step down Batty.
I know I will probably get flamed, smacked around and condemned for saying this but I think this also means there is little point to playing an evil PC on FRC anymore.
Thanks for all the fun Batty, I will definitely miss your storytelling even though we didnt connect that often.

RL scheduling sucks sometimes. We all just need to win the lottery and never work a day in our lives again. Will miss you on the team, but I understand.

I even met that one dude once, Sir Byron Aaron Pickett. I think I just happened to be around when you were DMing for your core group that time, but it was nice anyway.
I kept hoping to see you in the DM Client but I didn't have much luck of it.
I received this PM later that night after posting the above message:
Oh, sooo, my 'ol Cloaked & Hooded pal was a dm the whole time? * gasps, coughs and goes into a coughing fit as he holds up one finger * okay, go ahead. I can listen now.
Just to clarify, I meant I kept hoping to see that DM Batty was logged into the DM client while I was playing so I could get in on the plot. I was not claiming to be a DM and hope no one else was confused by my wording.
I have enough trouble with people understanding Joseph without having problems with communications on the forum as well.
