Sir,
I am writing to inquire about a piece of property which I believe is found within the domain of the city of Isinhold.
I have recently investigated the tower found to the northeast of Isinhold within the confines of the Bramblewood. I was investigating to determine if the blood drinkers who were known to inhabit it, and who had attacked the town a few months ago, were still in residence and if they appear to be building up their strength to once again threaten the town.
I was surprised to find the tower apparently abandoned and related this information to my commander and the leader of the Arcane Coterie, Miss Aria Blake.
She asked me to inquire with you about the possibility of the Arcane Coterie perhaps taking possession of the tower and turning it into a school of arcane learning.
If such a thing might be of interest to the council, she would very much like to discuss it with them. I have been designated as her representative in this matter and can communicate with her if you wish to pursue further discussion with her on the topic
I have taken a room at The Regal Griffon and shall be here for a fortnight if not longer. If you wish to meet, please leave word with Kale if I am not present.
