Chell Blacksteel hails from the docks district of Waterdeep, and why not, it is where most unsavoury types are found. Chell speaks very little of his family and even less of his past. Chell's name brings a scowl to the faces of the guards around the city of splendors and if that were not enough to let one know he was not liked much by the law the words 'that little bastard' that his name prompt them to utter should be enough to make aware even the most clueless. Chell seems to be a likeable sort despite his reputation in Waterdeep by the guard, he left behind many a friend there to accompany his best friend Telania when she told him she was leaving. Chell always has a smile on his face and light-hearted laugh when he finds something funny.
