*a declaration spoken in the square during market day*
The Redmist Inn has been reopened as the threat from the tainted meat brought forth from the elf known as Rhylinn has been discovered and dealt with. I,Wolf Egal and my troupe have dealt a mighty blow to the agents of Cormyr who work from the shadows to discredit our fair city and its enlightened rule. We continue to help where help is needed. I do not sit upon a throne to watch our people be fed beef tainted with the evil of posoin...no, i meet these challenges head on to show the people how it is to live again as free People. I do not say the common men and women for we are more than common...we are extraordinary and will always be free no matter what chains the Dogs of Cormyr try and put on our people. Here my friends and countrymen! a feast for you all at the Redmist Inn with beef from a safe source! I will see you in the fields, the smithy barns and the sewers themselves to help clean this City of the filth from agents like Rhylinn and his Cormyrian rats who sneak in the night! We are the Wolves of Redmist and we will howl!

The tall gangly youth glanced around him as Wolf spoke, his eyes wide with admiration, nudging those next to him and gesturing excitedly to the commanding figure. As soon as the one known as Wolf finished speaking the youth sent up a cheer, the crowd quickly picking up. Shouts for Redmist and Wolf mingled with shouts for the Captain. The youth stepped back from the crowd and quickly headed around a corner, ducking in a small alleyway where the hooded and cloaked figure waited.
“Did I do good?” his expression clearly indicated that he thought he had.
He could hear the warm smile in her voice. He wished he could see her face but he knew better than to even suggest it. “You were brilliant.”
He beamed at her as he took the gem she offered him. It would be enough to keep his family fed for many tendays.
“It really weren’t needed you know. They’s cheering ‘fore I opened me mouth. He’s somethin’ else, he is. Mr. Wolf that is. I’d surely like to meet him.”
She reached up and gently brushed some of his unkempt hair from his dirty face. She grinned to herself at the expression such a simple gesture brought to the boy’s face.
“Oh yes, the Wolf is an amazing man. And you are right, it probably wasn’t needed, but it never hurts to be prepared.” Amazing what a little praise could do. “You’d best run along now. I’ll be in touch.”
The female watched the youth scurry off like a love sick pup. She had not failed to notice just whose name was absent in the cheering. She laughed softly to herself before quickly leaving the alley. A most fruitful day.
