Redmist declares independence from their Cormyrian Oppressors
The citizens of Redmist have risen to stand against their Cormyrian oppressors. Armed with spears, crossbows, and chainmail, provided to them by their Thayan allies, citizens of Redmist have risen in arms to stand against any possible incursion or acts of violence by the Obarskyr family, their Purple Dragon dogs, and possible further attempt to poison citizens of Redmist through poisoned foods and supplies by their Maiden of Hope assassins.
Led by the noble Lord Jorias Bloodstil, who's noble family has holdings in both Blood Axe and Proskur has declared Redmist an independent city and is moving to include lands under its jurisdiction, including the frontier village of Isinhold.
As scores of Thayan troops begin fortifying Redmist from Proskur to aid liberate their oppressed Redmist allies, the Purple Dragons under the command of Battlemaster Sthavar, now made Warden of the Western Marches, have begun amassing outside Redmist to instill fear and terror on their once oppressed slaves in Redmist.

Bloody massacre of Redmist militia by an unknown group of 3 dwarves and a hooded man sparks of the siege of Redmist.
As the rebels in the city of Redmist fortify their city, armed with Thayan arms and support, the Purple Dragons build a siege camp to the north of the walled city of Redmist. All attempts at a peaceful end to the siege was ruined as a mysterious party of 3 dwarves and a hooded man emerged from within the city and massacred the militia as attempts were underway to discuss terms. The angry Redmist mob, in retaliation murdered the War Wizard negotiator and took his Purple Dragon bodyguard as prisoner, holding the Crown responsible for the actions of the murderous adventurers. The day ended with Redmist declaring foul tactics by the Crown.
The siege continues into its second week . . .
