An extremely agitated man in grey armor and a cloak carrying a spear paces the docks of Valkur's Roar speaking to or at any sailor and dock worker that wanders by. He threatens the temper and discontent of Talos to those that will not add the Stormlord to their prayers and offerings before heading out to sea. That those that ignore Talos invite destruction on their homes and businesses. Some he speaks quietly to as if to educate them but very soon if any should question his motives he devolves into shouting and threats of divine retribution. Before leaving the Roar he is seen stopping at the temple of Umberlee and paying his respects to one of his lord's fellow furies as well as a small donation.
