Was the undead level draining attack changed? I do like the change implemented on a personal level although it does make the negative effect of losings a level lot more dangerous now. As opposed to the original this is just annoying.

The attack drained constitution instead of draining a level. I was struck was by a wraith and rolled a 1 on the saving throw. It was a bit surprising since normally your level is reduced by one and the skill sets impacted. I did not follow up with a second check. The incident happened in the temple of (strange name I can not recall) It is the one where the statues are gargoyles the doors all bear traps and you battle mostly skeletons. In the second level there is a large antechamber in which you will fight level draining undead. That is the only place in that dungeon where such will occur.

Hello monarianThank you for the clarification, and there have not been any changes to those dungeons or creatures. What you're experiencing is the difference in touch attacks for the different "spirits". They're not all the same, but a wraith would indeed cause a CON drain rather than a level drain.

Upon thinking of the matter further I am now of the belief that it was actually an Allip that did the draining and my foggy mind just mistook however the wisdom drain for a constitution drain. What comes for playing at 3 AM lol. On a side note a constitution drain for undead to my mind does make sense. It will make the creatures a lot more dangerous though. Matter is closed and thank you for the responses.
