Long ago someone had told me that the Lizard folk, who lives in the Mistywoods, would be protected by a treaty with the crown.
Although there is no sign at the entrance of their area explaining about it, I think there is still a crown banner there.
Since then I have avoided entering their area with my orderly characters.
However, I searched the forums and found nothing to speak of it.
My question is, would that treaty be part of some old Plot that has already expired? Or would this treaty still be active?
