A Sign Is Tacked to the Door of the Regal Griffon Inn

On the door of the Regal Griffon inn, a sign is posted with a blank sheet underneath it. It reads as follows:

    Wanted: Potion, Ale and Elixir Recipes.
    Please do one of three things, either
   personally tell Greisslich Graesslich,
   Gnome, leave a message for said person
   in the inn, or write it in underneath
   this sign.
   Thanks be unto you for your help.
