Speak with Dead
Caster Level: Cleric 3
As of right now this RP spell is only for clerics. Inspired and *cough* misunderstood arcanist and existing or potential pale masters I believe would also desire access. Dare I say that even the occasional bard might wish this spell as well.
Since speak with dead is an RP spell, could the functionality be extended to include other classes. Please? Pretty please with skeleton bones on top.

Pretty please with skeleton bones on top. spells were considered by utilizing sources for the 3.5 Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting and the Players Hand Book. Characters are free to invest in use magical device and ask the god of their choosing to answer the spell through a scroll to grant the magic therein. |

Unless you have Use Magic Device skill i.e. bard or rogue and a very high skill level of such (25 + 3 = 28) the player will be unable to use the spell from a scroll. The thing is that now pale masters unless they juggle skill selection and bard based may noy utilize speak with dead. This even if the class focus is undead focused. Just saying
