The Red Wizard, Mencius of Thay has recently been delivered into a cell at within the eveningstar garrison. He is to be considered arrested for both his warrants and the times for them can be served back to back. His custody was secured by Squire Vestele of the R.M.H.C., Warrick Songblade (adventurer), and Celith the Elven (adventurer). The reward money can likely be entrusted to any one of them to split amongst themselves.
I've locked Mencius the cell and he awaits his sentencing at your leisure, I recomend temporary suspension of his adventuring charter and a stiff amount of jail time, to send Thay our message that they will recieve no coddling from us.
