Oversword,
It is with great distaste I report that our attack on the Zentarim stronghold has failed to weaken them enough to make threats upon the township of Isinhold. In light of their latest attempt to lay claim I put forth the following improvements to the city's defenses be made, weither by volunteers or through offical means. In either case your leadership and persistance (not to mention rank) may be needed to see this done in an attempt to help stop Isinhold from becoming a second Redmist.
Raised platforms behind the walls or on them for Archers and Wizards. Extension of the wall to seal the town off from the Bramblewood. Stakes, facing away from the walls on the outside of the walls to interfer with assaults on them. Stakes placed across the road leading west of Isinhold. Reinforce the sections of the wall holding the gates so the bars will better hold. ((Make the existing gates lockable?)) A stronghold to begin construction within the walls of Isinhold.
These defense preperations can be quickly done using timbers and stones among other things found readily at the former Silvershield complex. Its time action be taken for Isinhold is our last foothold west of the Stormhorns and should we loose it, we loose the entire territory.

*Sharita looks up from her desk with a weary expression at the knock on the door in her quarters at the Royal Corps Outpost.
"Enter."
Weston comes in and hands her the message. She looks it over, and adds a brief message of her own.
I believe the improvements suggested by Miss Aria Blake to be warranted, in light of recent affairs. Isinhold stands vulnerable on the Western Reach, and fortifying it would serve to secure the realm further. If the Crown's coffers are overbourne, I will glady give of my own earnings to see the defenses of Isinhold made more sturdy.
Lady Sharita Amraphen-Gallen, Oversword, Royal Corps of Monster Hunters
She then forwards the request back to Suzail, and Battlemaster Lord Sthavar, Warden of the Western Reaches.*
