In regards to the prisoner Torgeir being held currnetly in the War Wizards Tower awaiting your judgement on the charges of murder in two counts, and assault upon a Purple Dragon Knight, three counts, I have been able to learn the following.
The prisoner admits to the murder upon one Veshal and one Lunitari. The deed was done in response to threatening provocation, however he does admit his guilt. I wish to state for the record, the two victims are revived and recoverd.
To the charges of assault against Purple Dragon Knights, there is insubstantial evidence to convict that he had done what is charged, and evidence of another person being at the scene at the time of the attack, is being investigated. I wish to recommend the second charges of assault be dropped.
