To whom this may concern,
Due to the recent events, Lady Sharita Gallen has given me her assent, to request one copy of the covenant made between the elven folk of the hullack and the crown. In specific I need to know the rights of their autonomy and how far that autonomy goes, boundaries and such. I request a full copy, be sent in a sealed scroll case to the outpost in along the road of isinhold to redmist, and that a letter be sent to the regal griffin inn when the copy is ready.
