I am writing you to seek permission for a license to purchase and operate a small cart. I plan to use the wagon for charitable acts to deliver clothing and food to the poor of Red Mist from my order the Maiden's of Hope in Suzial. To this end I have contacted a mister Oglul of the Cartworks in Tyrluk and placed an order for the construction of such. The fine gentleman is awaiting the documents needed to start work. I would appreciate your every expediency in this matter. I may be reach best through the Sanctuary in Suzial

Once again I am writing you to beseech you to allow my order permission for the operation of a small wagon service to distribute of various goods to the poor. The tragic events that have so recently occurred in ShallyBrook only serves to underline the necessity of such a service. I and others will of course do what we may to alleviate the hardship suffered by the fine citizens of Shallybrook. Without access to proper transport the task is daunting. My order will persevere as best we can in this moment of crisis. I however pray that a favorable response will soon be forthcoming.
