Given the nature of this subject material I have chosen to be discrete in describing the details. This last day one of your own, War Wizard Jasiminxor was rescued from a dire predicament, one I will say was not entirely of his own making. Due to the nature of what was found and his partial implication in the events that lead to his predicament I do believe that the council of War Wizards should further investigate the activities of this man. If you require more information about this matter I may be reached at the Sanctuary in Suzial.

*Somewhere in a dark and dusty room, where hundreds upon hundreds of parchments, scrolls and books are piled around the small quarters, sits the fourth royal underscribe of the third royal underscribe, Beris Quinn. In the dim light of the single candle, Beris goes trough the hundreds of requests and petitions, stamping them to be forwarded to the officials which handle each matter. He comes to one, and reads it through quickly. In the same repetitive motion he uses for each request, he reaches for the stamp of the Council of War Wizards, stamps the request and places it in the appropriate bin.*

A few days later, a letter arrives at the Sanctuary of Hope, addressed to Deliana Nefzen.

We thank you for your timely notice and concern in this matter. I can assure you we will look into Jazminxor's experiments, and assure that there is no danger or threat made to the beautiful city of Suzail, or it's residents.
