Although I don't get a lot of time to actually play in FRC, I spend a decent amount of time on the forums (when I should probably be working). Anyway, I thought I had found all of the rules, but then I see this message in the DM Questions thread: when i made my character i did not know all the rules because i did not know about this forum yet. he is a wizard and his cha is 8 and his wis is 8. I of course found out this was against the rules after i had made him. There is a good reason for his low charisma. He was hurt as a child. He was trampled by a horse and his face is scarred. If that is not a good enough reason please let me know soon so i can remake him if necessary. My question is, where is this rule about the no double 8s? Happily, neither of my characters suffer from this problem, so it is not an immediate concern. However, I'd like to find all of the rules so I'm sure I'm not doing anything wrong. Also, if there isn't one done already, I'd be willing to spend some time working on a .pdf rules books. I already started for my personal use, but I'd be happy to, when it's done, make it available for general download.

Its under "Character Creation" in the rulebook in your inventory.
I believe its the first paragraph of that section.

Oops.

Even if it wasn't in the rules, I'd say it was common courtesy not to power-play like that...
