(New portrait)
Henrik is the Chaplain of the Triadic Order of the Divine Resurrection and an experienced senior healer of Ilmater. His title can vary depending on who is addressing him, he is often referred to as Brother, Revered Brother or Father.
Standing at 6ft 4, Henrik is a slender yet solid man in his mid 30s approaching 40 with dark iron-grey hair with silver-white streaks and deep grey eyes that can appear lighter. His face is mostly unlined with a few creases around the eyes when he smiles. He is softly spoken - rarely raising his voice in anger - and gentle in attitude with a robust and playful sense of humor. He is diplomatic and polite but firm in his convictions and beliefs.
He wears white robes with black trim, a pin depicting the bound hands of Ilmater is placed over his heart, next to a Triadic order badge with the chaplain's seal and symbols of the faiths.
On his belt is a small prayer book alongside a book on a chain that has the laws Divine and Cormyrean. He wears little in the way of adornments except for his wedding ring - he has been married to a lady called Lynn for over ten years - and a Tyrran amulet.
The staff he carries is Tormish, a mithril enchanted stave reeking of age, healing energy and power designed for battlefield medicine.
Red cords are wrapped around his right wrist, and he will unwind these and tie them around both hands in prayer to evoke the symbol of his patron deity. His gloves are designed to focus the power of his healing touch rather than scatter the energies he works with in a haphazard manner, he is not often seen without them.
Unlike his other Triadic brethren, Henrik wears a red sash under his black belt. He carries many military and other bags stacked and packed with healing supplies in preparation for emergencies, he is also a known potion-maker and herbalist, often sharing potions for free to help new adventurers or doing supply runs to local healers.
For someone tall, Henrik moves with surprising speed when needed and is in good health despite his penchant for occasionally forgetting to look after himself. A few faded scars mark his body with one large one unseen under clothes.
