I wish to inform you of growing discontent within the city of Redmist. For long the city and the regions of Redmist and Isinhold have been without a magistrate, as well as someone to preside over daily affairs within the city itself. I have walked through the city recently, and have witnessed the lawlessness and poverty which have begun to gain a foothold. Corruption shall soon follow if the seed for such has not indeed already been planted.
I beseech you to find one in whom the people have faith, as well as one who is unswerving in thier loyalty to the Crown, to place in the position of magistrate for Redmist and its surroundings. The strategic position of this area is not lost on either of us, and for the sake of the security of the realm, the frontier must remain fully under the Crown's control. In these times, we cannot allow lawlessness and corruption to gain a foothold in the fine city of Redmist or any other area of the realm.
