*A scroll well rolled and sealed with a foreign insignia of sorts it seems, likely of the house in which it belongs to. The writing is very well written and clear.*
Dear to whom it may concern,
Forgive my abrupt address, for I lack the proper information to properly address. Currently I write this letter within a Purple Dragon Outpost on the Road Between Isinhold and Redmist. I asked some of the Knights within for the information I seek to who to address to, but they're all busy at the moment, which is fine. However might not might be 'fine' is a concern just North of Isinhold, in Bramblewood Forest.
Earlier today, I, and two traveling companions of mine, Veshal and Isioviel, we venturing into Bramblewood to clear the forest of some hostile Gnolls that the party leader, Isioviel, mentioned. My companion Veshal stated that he thought someone was following us, a hooded orc, but we shrugged off his statement when my familiar Ethra didn't spot anyone when I sent her off to scout. Well, he was in hiding, but indeed there was an Orc.
The Orc approached us after the we three adventurers cleared up some Gnolls, and he did so peacefully, but with a warning.
"Your lives are lost should you not return back to Isinhold"
Now it may not seem something too out-of-the-ordinary for an Orc to mention something like that, but he did further provide more information for me, and I quote again;
"...you have entered the Bramblewood claimed by the Raging Eye tribe."
The Orc went on mentioning that his name was Kah'ruzah, and that travels passing through Bramblewood will remain safe, so long as they stick to the road, for now. He mentioned we weren't killed because he saw us fend off Gnolls, which upon discussion, would benefit his tribe anyway. The Orc also stated that the Crown does not treat Orcs fairly, and so if his people will not be treated fairly, then his people will not treat travelers fairly as well. He did escort my companions and I back to Isinhold without further molestation.
I write this letter to the Royal Corp of Monster Hunters in hope that it provides a warning, and opens up some eyes. It seems Orcs have gotten a lot closer to peaceful Isinhold, and I would have to see a tribal battle entering the people of Isinhold, and the tribe within Bramblewood. The Orc was well spoken for himself too, and did show mercy. I ask that someone please investigate into this before the tribesmen show no mercy.
Sincerely,
Oriseus Nykenes of Silverymoon, dedicated caster of Oghma.
*At the bottom it seems Oriseus provides a post-script, stating a descriptive appearance of himself, of Isioviel, and of Veshal. Likely incase if anyone needs to interrogate either of the 3 in the future*
