To Sir Thomas Highmoor, Chief Archaeologist of the College of Science and History of Waterdeep
Dear Sir
I understand and appreciate your frustration with the lack of a suitable venue for your talk at the Sanctuary. The facility, the Sanctuary were constructed to serve a wide venue of activities, everything from providing meals to the unfortunate, to a hospital, a chapel, a music conservatory and of course as a centre of learning. Due to the demands of all the Maiden's works the education facilities are more suited to small groups and private instruction. The Sanctuary as you quite correctly pointed out has insufficient space to hold such an notable event as your talk. How ever I do believe that your wishes for a proper venue can still be met. I have been in contact with another group to secure access to a more fitting site for what will be surely a widely attended event. With your permission I would like to arrange a time for you to meet and to view the facility, which is also located quite conveniently in Suzial. Please accept my heart-felt and humble apologies. I truely and fervently do hope that your findings can still be presented. I may be reached at the Sanctuary in Suzial if you so graciously find it possible at this late date to continue with the presentation of your findings.
Sincerely
Deliana Nefzen Maiden's of Hope

To Sir Thomas Highmoor
I quite hope that your presentation went well. It was unfortunate that my order was unable to meet the accommodations required by yourself. In that regards certain circumstance have changed and as of this time my order would be unable to stage such an event in any regards. I am sending you a small item that I have had in my procession for ages now. I did hope to present it to you in person but in any case you should receive it shortly. From my understanding it is something related to your studies. I wish you well with your future endevours.
