A visit to Proskur

Kimbera Dawnlight, troubled by the Thayans' plan to publicly execute their Cormyrean prisoner, breaks her seclusion and travels to the city of Proskur. Bypassing the enclave, she heads to the city guard headquarters, hoping to speak with an officer.

She is trying to find clarification on something regarding the killing of the Thayan: she has heard different accounts as to where he was killed. Is this something which the Proskur City Guard could tell her, at least in general?

"The killer was stupid enough to kill the Khazark's brother," one guardsman says. Another chimes in with, "If you want information go ask at the Enclave. We're here to guard the city. I wouldn't count on them helping you though unless you're... Thayan and even then more likely if you're a Red Wizard or possibly a knight." The man squints at her trying to figure out her nationality.

Kimbera nods. "I take it, then, that he was killed inside the enclave itself? I guess that's what I was really wondering... whether it was done on Thayan ((Kim's mouth briefly takes on a subconscious expression of distaste)) or Proskur ground."
