Hello. I last played on FRC 10 years ago. It sounds strange to hear myself say that. I can't believe it's been so long. I'm not starting to play online again. I'm just wondering what happened to any characters I may have used way back then. I assume they're all in oblivion, but figured I could ask. I recovered my account here, and tried using my account name as my username, but it just has the last characters I created recently. I'm currently using "edguy" as my login in game. One character I'd like to recover is a ranger, whose name I forget (could be Valen or Welsh Blake)? It's nice to play online again when the mood takes me. I can't imagine anyone remembers me - I wasn't well known. Take care everyone.

To get your old character vault back you need to get hold of your old NWN cd-key (the one you used in the past). Then you need to go to the NWN:EE in the documents folder (not in the program folder) and
add a file called nwncdkey.ini with your old NWN key. If you still have your old installation somewhere, get your keys (or even better, the entire file) from there.
So in the Documents/NWN:EE folder you should have these two files: - cdkey.ini with the new EE key
- nwncdkey.ini with your old NWN (pre-EE) key.

I may have to find my old physical copy if I still have it, and hope that the serial keys are still there.
