Meesha Grimm:
Rumored/Common Knowledge:
Meesha often spoke early in her career of only staying in Cormyr long enough to master the Arcane Arts, before returning to her home city of Silverymoon. She claimed to have come from a well off or perhaps even noble family in the Jewel of the North. However some of the more vicious rumors speak of a nasty falling out between herself and this far off family.
Within her first year in Cormyr, Meeesha was a part of the final confrontation with Ixamarumaughzeraph. During the Ancient Red Dragon’s assault on Suzail she stood as the lone mage that assisted adventurers at holding the Eastern gate from assault by Ettins and Ogres that poured forth from the steel fields.
It’s said that it was in the final moments of the battle, after the chase from the Capital of Cormyr and during the resulting destruction of Hilp that Meesha’s legendary hatred of dragons was born. She has since openly advised against any seeking to align or associate with the “beasts” as she calls them. Often she can be found gathering large parties for dragon hunts, as well as paying out bounties for proof of a dragon’s demise.
She quickly came to rise after these events through the Alizarin Academy under her mentor’s guidance, at that time Headmaster Card of Marsember. Under his tutelage she became an instructor and took up the title of Enchantress of the Alizarin. There she built up a reputation of being a no nonsense instructor. Those under her care were quickly brought in line with a disciplined regiment and strict schedule. A regiment she often proclaimed the influx of wild orphans from Hilp were in dire need of.
Her next claim to fame came after the rise of Cyrist and serial killer Abii. In an attack on Great Gaunt in which multiple people were killed or grievously wounded to include Commander Dimitri of the Ironsworn, Meesha was able to hold and subdue Abii. The serial killer was turned over to the Red Ravens and it is rumored that Bentin even had Meesha over for dinner as a reward.
In the year following, it became known that Meesha’s relationship with Card grew strained. She was rarely seen in Cormyr aside from teaching her lessons at the Academy. Some reported she was often traversing the cosmos from one plane of existence to the other. Others stated she had simply returned to her family in Silverymoon.
Whatever the case, Meesha returned sometime after the execution of her one time mentor. It was around this time that she assumed the role of Mistress of Sorcery at the Academy. And though she once more came to be seen around Cormyr, she continued to remain inactive in the Western Reach. The wild magic that surrounded the conflict amidst the Zorastryl family reportedly not sitting well with her. Instead, she focused on the war with the orcs. She often experimented with a combination of enchantments and surgery for some far flung theory of bringing an end to the war.
Famed Features:
Eyes shimmering with emerald green arcane energy.
Ears that are heavily scarred around the edges.
A seemingly eternal, youthful figure. Despite having spent some many years in and out of Cormyr, she continues to look as though she isn’t a day past the apex of youth.
Known associates: Card of Masember, Headmaster Vennis Haler, Elvewyn Cenocelin, Mouse, the Longsword and Battleaxe Clans, Heather Hearthwood (Self-Proclaimed Paladin of Malar), Kai, and Leah Shadowvein.
Current Titles: Enchantress, Editor/Publisher of the Roaring Gazette
Prior Titles: Governess and Archmagician of the Gargoyle Citadel, Mistress of Sorcery and Enchantment of the Alizarin Academy of Bardic Lore

Near the end of the Zorastryl conflict, Meesha gained further notoriety by publicly claiming to be a representative of the Gargoyle Citadel, a well fortified position upon what is now known as Mnomene's Isle. After the assassination of Zodika Alho’ohani, Meesha began introducing herself as the Archmagician of the Citadel and then shortly after she presented herself under the title of Governess of the Gargoyle Citadel. With this she began representing the Gargoyle in council meetings in Valkur’s Roar and various other meetings throughout Cormyr, establishing herself as a well known socialite.
After the mysterious and explosive events that forced the evacuation the Ashen Isle, it was believed by many that Meesha was dead. She had not been seen nor heard of in many months. However, she seemingly returned from whencever she had been to assist the Valkur's Roar Reserves in their expedition of the aforementioned isle. What followed is confounded in rumor and mystery with few of those who returned from the expedition speaking of the matter freely or openly. What little is said often laden in suggestions of fiends and hellfire.
Shortly after the expedition Meesha once more disappeared from the Forest Kingdom only to return half a year later to publish The Roaring Gazette.

Reputation: Meesha is often spoken of belonging in polite and high society. Her speech is the practiced and cadenced manner of one tutored in public oration. She openly despises both violence and those whom she considers fools. She is often described as being a touch aloof, yet patiently eager to instruct or teach others. When in public she is generally respectfully dressed in comfortable clothes befitting a woman of her stature and a book is never far from reach. In more recent years she can often be found amidst the poor and wretched of Valkur's Roar, as well as being in high standing with the temple of Loviatar in said city.
Epic Reputation (Because bumping there is bad but here is good!)
