Some children are playing on the streets of Valkur's Roar with a ball near the Tipsy Imp. A piece of rubble falls off the roof and down towards one of the kids. Lucky for them Talbot the innkeeper manages to push the kid out of the way as the rubble breaks upon the street. He shakes his head and says, "You kids need to play somewhere safer. It's time someone did something about this old wreck of Elith's."
He then strides over to the Great Hall and makes an appointment to see Baron Crownsilver. Then leaves a message for the Minister of the City Interior.
