Xandy smiles at the news wondering if there will be any fair attractions like candy sellers, performers or rides.

Seeing the notices and raising a brow at the ship for sale, Cooper wished he could attend and even purchase the ship for storing his archives, but alas he was needed elsewhere that day.
Perhaps a sign left he was still available for hire could be left? Maybe he should seek other members of the Adventurers Call?
// working sadly! Won’t be able to make it.

//OOC wanted to clarify that there is not scheduled "end" to the Crafter's Faire, but I predict it to last maybe 4 hours tops. Also wanted to remind that on the same day there is the Feast of the Moon happening later in the evening. If the Faire lasts 4 hours then there should still be a couple of hours between to take a break and prep for the Feast. Hope to see people at both!

//Happening tomorrow! See OP for general details.
Want to advise that if you take part to not put your items for sale on the ground. Considering the weirdness of the auto sweeper these days it would be best you held on to it and just RP out with someone what you have. Making a sign or a list would be safer.
There is also a potential for players to get a Merchant's License from the DMs at this event.
Breakdown of schedule:
Set up for Faire: 9:30 AM PST/11 AM CST/5 PM London Time/3 AM Sun. AEST Start of Crafters & Merchants Faire: 10 AM PST/12 PM CST/6 PM London Time/4 AM Sun. AEST Sale of the Ashen Gargoyle: Sometime during the Faire <<-- dependent on DM crew End of Crafters & Merchants Faire: 2 PM PST/4 PM CST/8 PM London Time/8 AM Sun. AEST
2 hour break then ...
Start of Feast of the Moon: 4 PM PST/6 PM CST/10 PM London Time/10 AM Sun. AEST End of Feast of the Moon: <-- no particular set end, might last two to three hours
Faire happens in the Southwest Quarter of Valkur's Roar along the street where the bank is at. Feast happens west of the Southwest Quarter (from the Caravan, take transition west) and follow the "trail". You'll know it when you see it.
Hope to see people at one or the other. Game on!

//wanted to add, that people don't have to attend all 4 hours. It's just being held this long to give as many people the chance to show up, even if it's just for a bit.

4am Australian time!! Just confirming the boat is an Auction situation? Also SCJ <3 for even including an Aussie time in the details. //need to give love to our Aussie peeps too I'm assuming it will be? In olde days of yore when a ship was up for sale and more than one person showed up to buy it, it would fall to a bidding situation. I could be wrong! DMs might have something completely different in mind. I'll edit my post to reflect

*as the Merchant's Faire begins to die down, word begins to circulate that Lord Rothford had postponed the sale of the ship until another date and that people are to keep eye on when the ship will be scheduled for sale*

*the Faire is a rousing success and many items, trinkets, and services were bought and sold* *Merchant Licenses were offered and given to those interested by Master Frimgarold, Administrator to the Baron and acting Herald* *talks sprung anew of the sale of adamantine as someone from a mining company offered bars of it at it's usual standard price and of how the market for the material was all askew in Cormry and the Western Reaches due to the Hand of Atonement* *while there was excitement about the ship up for sale, some wind was taken out of it as word from Lord Rothford, Minister of the Waters, had postponed it for later scheduling* *as a faire with crafters in mind, a good deal of dwarven was being spoken, many kin in attendance to both buy and sell* *as the day dwindled down and only a few merchants were left open, talks began to turn toward excitement of the Feast of the Moon to happen very soon and nearby, with food to be supplied by Bao Gur owner of the Fireside Feasts, a welcome celebratory end to a fruitful day* //thank you everyone for participating! We had a lot of folks show up and a lot of good talk and merchant stuffs happened ^_^ In an hour and a half there will be the Feast of the Moon being held right outside Valkur's Roar. From the caravan, just head to the westward transition, there will be a lit path to show the way. Hope to see folks there! DM Sauron DM Private P
