Records of a rolling stone
Name: Xandy Pebble
Race: Appears to be a human female
Physical Features:
Skin: A white skin that tans to a soft golden.
Hair: Blonde with streaks of golden color. These streaks appear to be a natural coloring.
Body: She has a sturdy build with broad shoulders and hips. There is a fit musculature based on natural movement rather than body sculpting.
Language:
It is widely known she has a speech difficulty with the common language. The phrase “mudspeak” has been used. It is full of references, metaphors and obscure references. Those first encountering might assume a handicap. Those who have spent time with her have been able to not only understand but communicate back with her in this style.
If she concentrates there is brief improvements in clarity.
In combat there is a short brief “battle speak” that is likewise clearer.
Why then she has trouble with conversational common is not well understood by the public.
Dwarven is a language she is fluent in. She has been known to express complex thoughts through the dwarven language. This certainly influences her choice of companions.
Associations:
Claims to be of the House of Rock. This is not among the list of noble Cormyr houses so is likely a foreign family.
Known to be in the company of Sheev, Azash, Karyn, Ava-Launch, Katifiea, Borghild Longsword and a rather large collection of dwarves most notably Dorf and Furin Mound.
She has a habit of giving nicknames so public record is rather unclear on just who or how many she associates with.
There are records of her asking for or calling out for a Ragnar, Compass and Sextant.
Heraldry:
Green, red and gold dominate the colors of her armor and wardrobe.
On her arrival to Corymyr neither she nor the House of Rock are registered with the guild of heralds.
Religion:
It seems there is are ties between the House of Rock and good aligned deities such as Torm, Helm, Mystra and others. From what could be made out Xandy associates with Torm as the god’s portfolio includes duty.
Skill sets:
The adventurer’s guild has recorded Xandy Pebble as a Paladin/Cleric able to wear armor, fight in formations and use various blessings associated with the clergy.
Early adventures of note:
Xandy Pebble participated in the Cloudstone rescue mission. She was among the healer’s and support troops tending to the wounded, fallen and rescuing children.
Play style Dos:
I for one love people who have "lives" to their characters outside of the dungeon runs that is a lot of the NWN game engine. Are you more than a battle axe, longsword or fireball thrower? Is there a "why" to the character? Is there a "who" like their grand parents, loved ones or lost ones?
Play style Don’ts:
I also detest those who whose behavior is one if they were in a table top group in my house I would be putting them out the door. I don't log in to have have someone persistently toss insults any more than I would let that person keep coming to a table top game. Seriously if IC/OOC really don't like someone in real life you wouldn't keep hanging out together and the target/victim certainly doesn't want you near them. (DMs already addressed an issue of this)
