A Royal Decree by the Steel Regent!

Rumors spread and these decrees spoken by every Herald that Lord Urbuchek has a foundation in the Stonelands to hold off the Zhentarim that threaten Cormyr. Tribes have gathered to him and other peaceful tribes that settle about Cormyr as well. The hostile orcs turned bandits, or forming small tribes of their own are now outliers that rebel against the Crown and still are plentiful throughout the land. Some Orc tribes of peace scatter here and there, peppering the land throughout, but keep to themselves and are easily distinguished by not attacking hunters, gatherers, or woodsman. Usually an Ambassador or some sort would greet any non-orc.
The Edict spreads and soon hits the nexus points where Adventurers idle and wait for their turn at fame, glory or good deeds. They know the hunting grounds, they recall the places where these Orcs roam and hold, awaiting their opportunity to strike and raid at leisure! Banners that once stood at these places are no longer valid and crossed our deemed unwarranted. Disregard and make sure these Orcs do not threaten the good people of Cormyr..

We have decided to open up ALL places once again where Orcs were considered 'Protected' by the Crown.
Please note so that no one is confused as we make changes in the future:
- Disregard the Banners and Ambassadors in these Orc Dungeons - Arabel West, Suzail West, East of Greatgaunt, and Eveningstar East . They are considered null and void.
- These Dungeons are considered -Rebel- Orcs. They are mixes of Tribes so RP accordingly as them being just another Orc tribe to Hunt/RP and such.
- Please do not metagame the names of the Orcs. The Chiefs and leaders are considered arbitrary leaders. Try to RP them as just the Chief/Mother/Etc.
- Lastly RP Accordingly: Eventhough these dungeons are opened, do not consider -every- Orc hostile. If your character hates orcs and doesn't care.. have at it. If your character is more friendly and roams to these areas, you might feel a little hesitant until they attack. Obviously, these orcs in these dungeons are set to hostile so they will. We don't want this to be some ooc Powerleveling extravaganza.
This is just a simple way to open up more dungeons for players to enjoy as Hawk is on a well deserved Vacation for a bit, to take a break.
