A delivery to the Three Dragon Villa

A Halfling courier leaves a small, wrapped parcel at the door of the Villa, the inkings upon it marking it has having been routed through the Suzail parcel service, and addressed to a "Dame Captain Alexial Onolath".

Magical and mundane examination would reveal that it appeared to be unenchanted, untrapped, and devoid of any other sort of subterfuge.

Delaclya, standing guard, notices the parcel, and goes for it, checking it.

The package opens easily enough, revealing a small box with a capless scroll tube with a bit of rolled parchment inside. Again, it seems wholly and entirely mundane and safe. As for the contents of the parchment.....
