Others Present: Innovily, Aella (Valkur's Roar Inquisitors), Ru, Ryker and other adventurers
Summary: Assault, threatening behavior and failure to comply with law enforcement
Mischa Zarkeen, priestess of Missfortune, cast harm upon the elfess known as Innovily. I was off duty (out of uniform) when this transpired. Innovily was not going to press any charges and she tried to have some words with the aggressor after the assault, but these did not have the desired effect. Forseeing further trouble, I put my uniform on.
Mischa then threatened Aella and other witnesses to kill them if they reported the incident. Now in uniform, I tried to take Mischa to the Red Ravens, but she did not comply with the request.
After threatening Aella and faking an attempt to leave town, Mischa cast another harmful spell upon Innovily again. I gave to Mischa chase to the south gates, telling her that she was now under arrest. Upon reaching the chicken farm south of the village, she cast harm on myself, but injured me not. Mischa then fled the scene.

*Statement written and delivered to the Red Ravens*
In Greatgaunt earlier today, I Innovily Akor'Lyme, stood besides Norah Klender as I always do, on the fence. As most days, at east with my hands rested on my pommels of my Rapiers strapped and secured safely on my belt. Mischa foresaw this as a threat, and when I explained to her this is how I always stand, she proceeded to say she could kill me. I merely shrugged it off, telling her I could handle my own and that she would have little chance, she cast Harm on me, which before I keeled over, I remedied with healing on myself. Then she rushed off to the Inn to hide.
I told Norah I would not press charges, and that before she saw to dealing with her I would have words with her.
In the Regal I confronted Mischa, Norah behind her as to why she would harm me, and she had nothing but disdain for me. I proceeded to call her actions childish and that she was spoiled.
When Norah and I returned outside after I gave up talking to Mischa, she then came out of the Inn, threatening myself, Aella, and Norah with death. Multiple times. Before finally going to leave down, then rushed back in at a full run to cast another harmful spell on myself to murder me, which was protected by wards I had in place from earlier.
Norah Gave chase out of town after her through the south gates, I was following close behind. And Mischa disappeared.
Norah went to file a report with the Red Raven as you already know, and in that time Mischa had returned to town, and in front of Ru and Aella, proceeded to tell them and me that she would kill me. For the fifth time as Aella had so elegantly put it.
Five threats towards my life, and two attempts to kill me with Magic. Witnessed by many in the Square including the Law.
Mischa is a troubled child, and a product of her upbringing. When you feel the world around you has failed you, some would see it burned to ash. I would ask the Raven's go leniently on Mischa. I am find and in perfect health. She needs to be prosecuted, but I would not see her life taken over this.

"I wasn't really paying too much attention, sirs. I tend to drift off," she smiles. "I had recently arrived back to the 'Gaunt - from the Roar - Mischa and another woman - Norah, I think I have heard her called, but I don't know. As I said I tend to drift off, or just go on tangents unrelated to the topic at hand. Like this one time, everyone was standing around talking about spiders or somthing attacking the town... huh? Oh, yes. Sorry about that! Where was I? Oh... anyway, Mischa and Norah were talking, and something about a raffle... is that the word? It is? Okay. Talking about a raffle, and Mischa mentioned me. So I looked up and said 'What's a raffle?'" Ana pauses to catch her breath.
"So anyway, things appeared to rather calm, everyone happy and peaceful. A few folks at the table minding their own business. And up walks the drow, puts her hands on her weapons and just looks at Mischa. Well, I guess I still believe all the tales about drow, but apparently this one is okay, and is allowed to walk around town, so okay, but beliefs are hard to change, right? So I back away - drow bring misery and stuff", Ana makes an "eek face".
"At that point, I quit paying attention, not wishing to bring the dark elf's gaze upon me! I mean they can do stuff to us on the surface right? Turn us into spiders and stuff? Or curse us in other ways? Anyways, I know better than to get near one! So back to the dark elf sidling up to Mischa. All the sudden an argument broke out, not sure about what, or who started it. Maybe Mischa was scared of be cursed by a drow, or felt threatened by the dark elf's hands at the ready? Maybe Mischa did something to the drow, but what does a drow have to fear from us? They can kill with a look, right? I heard they eat people... but maybe Mischa started insulting the dark elf" Ana shrugs before continuing, "So words are bandied about, maybe some higher tones - not quite yelling, but it seemed like it was getting heated. I heard 'I'll kill you' thrown about. Then I guess some magic was cast. I'm no spell slinger, so can't tell who, what, where, or when. But both Mischa and the drow claim to be priestesses."
Ana catches her breath, after talking faster than normal. She starts up again, "After that, Mischa went to the inn for a bit. Then she came back out, and arguing started again... Mischa and multiple people. Now, I don't know people well, and not good at reading them either, but one thing I do know, is that when an animal is surrounded and feels threatened it lashes out. Most monkeys are harmless, and they start screeching when they feel threatened. Could Mischa really kill Norah? From what I have heard, Norah has faced off against dragons. And could Mischa kill the drow? Doubt that too... at least from what I have heard, a drow priestess can level a whole village. Now add three or four more people yelling at Mischa... suprised the woman didn't try to anything - anything - to get away, that could have caused harm to the village itself. Like I said before, I tend to avoid the drow, but apparently she's okay in the village, but doesn't mean I'm not scared to my bones of her. If she walked up to me, and put her hands on her weapons while gazing at me? Well, I am a coward so I would run away. But someone else might not back down, and do what they think they need to do to protect themselves."
Ana then concludes, "It probably didn't help much, but that's my recollection of events. So if I could just go now, that would be great? I can? Ta!" Ana smiles, gets up, and leaves.
