A hulking and haughty brute, Orrusk is tall even for a half-orc, and so heavily muscled as to appear wide. His amber eyes are set deep in a broad, fierce face, scarred from many battles, and hint at a barely restrained fury. Two tusks protrude from a bestial lower jaw. Orrusk wears his thick, dark hair long, here and there adorned with some charm or fetish that, to those who might recognise such totems, are believed to grant the wearer victory in battle and ward against ill luck. Orrusk’s bearlike movements bely his ponderous strength and ferocity in combat. When he speaks, Orrusk’s voice is deep and rumbling, and carries the rich overtones of his native Damara.
Orrusk favours a long and ragged cloak and hood the colour of blood. In battle, Orrusk wears a suit of blackened plate armour that shows signs of heavy use, dinted and marked with many repairs. A crude-looking, iron two-handed sword, the hilt bound in leather and capped with a bone pommel, is slung across his back.
