At the Ruined Tower

A strip of paper, covered in strange Kara-Turan runes, has been hung up next to the entrance of the tower ruins in the slums. Those familiar with the language might identify the runes as Kozakuran, spelling out the words 'Lord of the Sea' and 'Okaroshima Shrine'. Next to them, something is written in common onto the wall:

Stone worn down by root
rain and wind a golden leaf
clinging to the branch

A red head dwarf in full armor and holding a massive warhammer eyes the note and writings and comments:

-Bah, bollocks! People think dis buildin' is a tree now? I told Ezra if we open a sanatory we'd be rich in no time... tallins are goin' nuts!

He leaves and heads to that young guy that sells firebombs and stink bottles for a very interesting prices.
