In some cases she will prove to be rather sassy at times should one annoy her.
Background:
Talia was born and raised in Cormyr, specifically in Tyrluk. For many years while growing she watched adventures pass through her hometown on their quests and journeys and always told herself that she'd be like them one day. She dreamed of epic adventures and battles with fearsome monsters, of saving towns from bandits and beasts while protecting those that she cared for. Her parents where always amused when she told them of her dreams and said it was possibly one of the gods giving her visions of the future. She didn't really believe the gods would do that after a time when she got older. However, on the eve of her fifteenth birthday, she had a dream of the morning lord Lathander. His gentle smile and soft words echoed in her head as she listened to them.
"Hear my words and listen to their meaning, though you are young, your path in life will be full of the adventures you seek. Set forth with the coming down and cast the light on the shadow of those who lurk in the shadows when you've come of age. Hold true to your faith and feel the embrace of the morning light as it steels your blade against the forces of evil and corruption."
By the next morning she asked her parent if she could leave home and go study in the temple of Lathander in Dhedluk, to which they agreed. After arriving at her intended location, Talia spent many years til she was eighteen to become a Paladin of Lathander. But once she became of age, she set out to do as her lord commanded of her from the dream she had when she was merely fifteen.
