A letter to Tanya Steel is personally delivered to the reception of the Reserve Inquisitors. "Dear Tanya Steel, I tried to reach you at your office at the time we arranged, but was met with an empty hall and no one replying my knock on the door. I hope nothing bad has happened onto you, and that it was just an assignment that dragged out, making you miss our meeting. I will be at the temple of Red Knight, working on the reports for the last two Greatgaunt Volunteer missions I lead. May The Lady of Strategy be with you, Greatgaunt Volunteer Sergeant Joram Brightsby." emeraldsnowx DM Hawk DM Sauron

To Sergeant Joram Brightsby of Greatgaunt,
Greetings and well met Sergeant. Regrettably I was held away from the offices at the time of our meeting. I had left word at the hall for you, hoping it would reach your ears, but alas it did not. I hold only myself responsible. With our demanding schedules, and given the importance of the subject, communication by letter correspondence may be the most wise course. My intention was to simply ask you for information regarding the vampire found in Valkur's Roar's crypt. Every detail you can recall will go a long way in securing the hold against this threat; details such as which tomb, who else was with you, any information about the creature itself, possible thralls or victims, and any standing orders of yours from Sir Callen concerning the creature, so as to not cross our ropes into a knot... anything and everything you can tell us about it will help. By the same token, we will share every scrap of information we can unearth in our pending investigation, to aid you and yours. Your attention is appreciated, and your promptness will not be forgotten.
In honor and service, Tanya Steel, Chief Inquisitor, Valkur's Roar

*after nearing the end of her day's to-do list, Tanya picks up her quill and begins to write*
To Joram Brightsby, care of the Greatgaunt Volunteers...
I have failed to receive any correspondence on this matter concerning the vampire found in Lord Crownsilver's hold, and there have been no further reports of vampiric activity. Until the creature reveals itself in this hold again, I will consider the matter at rest for the time being. Should you or your fellow Greatgaunt Volunteers discover any other threats to the kingdom within the bounds of the hold of Valkur's Roar, please let us know so we can help.
In honor and service... Tanya Steel, Chief Inquisitor, Valkur's Roar / Commissioned Inquisitor in service to House Crownsilver
*she folds the letter neatly into a cover envelope and sends it to Greatgaunt's barracks*
