Age: 20
Race: Half Elven (wood elf father)
Profession: Priest
Faith: Eldath
Homeland: Dalelands within some Hin village named Greenberrow
Appearance: Helina is a 5.5 half elven girl weighing only 127 lbs. She is athletic with a strong build. And still posses the best parts of her youth and beauty. She has wavy auburn red hair that reaches down to her shoulders. She has hazel green eyes. And often dresses in a modest but practical manner. She is a typical country girl and often has a cheery face or outlook on life. She is still naive to the outer world even though given some warnings by her family. And one could describe her tones as usually sweet and kind.*And for the purpose of our imaginations I will not post a portrait of her. You can use your creative brain for that *
Fighting style: She tends to use weapons that are meant to disable rather then maim. Although she tries to avoid violence she knows that sometimes that life does not make it all that easy. For the people she loves and the things she must protect she is willing to disable or maim if forced but will always try to avoid violence if it can be helped. However when facing truly vile things like the undeath or naturally evil creatures such as demons, worgs, gnolls ect, She may use greater force if they cannot be bargained with. If possible it would not be uncommon to see her to tend to any wounds of creatures that befell if the time frame is given.
Helina Perro was adopted and grew up within a hin village since the near start of her birth. Her blood parents are unknown to her and all she was told was that she was found in a wicker basket near the township. She grew up with a happy up bringing. Learning and growing at the same rate as her peers. Within her younger years she was unusually mischievous often getting into trouble. She learned some tricks from her adoptive father who was named Beri Perro. A retired halfling adventurer. He taught her the natural basics of hin adventuring. How to pick locks, disarm devices, acrobatics, athletics and remain hidden regardless of her unusual size. Her uncle named Benny Perro was a student of the hin fist and taught her the basics of self defence with staves/clubs, Which Helina often affectionately refers to as Fightie Stick combat.
Within her adolescence Helina often looked up to a local human priest who was considered a honorary member within Greenberrow. He was a older man within his mid 50s. His name was Samuel, And it was from him she soon learned her priestly profession. While this may of disappointed Beri a little. As he wanted to see Helina take up his profession. He only wished for the best for Helina, And she had the right to pick her own path. Training for Helina was rather vague but intuitive with his teachings. Samuel taught her all the basics and oaths that a priest of the religion may know. While adventuring priests of Eldath were almost unheard of. Samuel knew she had to be a bit more prepared for what was to come. All while playing to the oaths of Eldath. And her being a well rounded in her attributes and skills would make a ideal candidate in his eyes to experience the world and wisdom of world so she may serve Eldath better then most.
Within her maturing years some tasks and knowledge would be passed down towards Helina. Both her Adoptive family and the priest would often speak of such as she was maturing behind closed doors. Helina was to be tasked to go Cormyr and become a new warden and protector within the general land. She was to report any priesthood near but, If none should exist she may have to befell the responsibility of keeping the groves, springs and land at peace if need be. Knowing these lands could be full of peril. The adventuring training and slightly more flexible but still dogmatic code was given to Helina for her own safety and to possibly accomplish this hefty task. Helinas leave was celebrated with a farewell party that lasted 2 days within Greenberrow. To this day Helina retains some fond memories of the village. And she plans to either visit and send letters if she ever gets the free time.
And so only being within two weeks in Cormyr. She has made some new friends and is starting to get a feel for the land. She has already found one of the shrines of Eldath which she often takes care of and tends too. However she has not met any fellow priesthood yet. Which worries her as it may be a bind that would keep her here. With no other priests and druids to attend to the groves of Eldath as far as she knows she knows she has a ton of work to do to make sure such places are still with serenity and peace.
