Two bouncers are posted at the entrance of the Tipsy Imp, only allowing access to those who show their face. Down inside the basement can be found a ridiculous looking dummy (which looks more like a clown than anything) with the word "Abii" written across the chest. For a copper you can beat on it with a nearby wooden sword. Kids can go for free. Down in the latrine a keen eye will notice sketches of Abii with cross hairs marked on her face.
