Rumors around Great Gaunt and Valkur's Roar

On the previous night a man dressed in black and red bearing the pins of the Valkur's Roar Reserve Guard aswell as a pin of a burning rose and introducing himself as Octavian Filius Ignis Fiore Journeyman of the Mage Guard Reserve, was seen entering the crowded village of Great Gaunt. A conversation was had between the man and a gentleman some know as none other than the merchant "Otter". From there the two walked back to the Great Hall of Valkur's Roar side by side without fetters in use. Sometime after Otter was not seen to emerge while the Reserve Guard was seen later setting at the imp with a gathering of others.

High Inquisitor Gudwerks,

I am writing in regard to the prisoner William "Otter" Myskada. While I understand the nature of his crimes are rather severe, I recommend early release. He has spoken with a number of inquisitors, one Lorine suggested he might provide arms for the Valkur's Roar regular guard at cost. Otter has agreed to these terms. I have also spoken with him personally and believe that he is neither a threat nor will he ever attempt anything of this nature in the future. Furthermore, upon conducting a few tests, I have seen that he has every intention of serving his full sentence. He had on more than one occasions been given ample opportunity to escape and chose to remain within the confines of his cell.

Finally, should be be released early I will keep him under my watch and take responsibility for his actions until then entirety of his sentence has been completed. Consider me his parole officer if you will.
