...A familiar looking redhead makes her way into the dark cells under the belly of the keep, past several guards who seem confused as if they should salute her, or ask her her business. She moves with purpose, as if looking for something, or some-one- specifically. Eventually, she comes to an occupied cell and pauses in front of it to gaze upon whom might be resting there.
...after a moment of regard
"Hey there Holance. Aint this a weird twist o' fate - You on that side o' the cell and me on this? Heh! Heard ya' was in 'ere, and I thought I'd pay ya' a visit."
Fiona would spend time with her old friend, catching up, comforting him, trying to make his time less taxing if possible.
//I was told IG that Holance was in a VR cell. Disregard if this is actually false.

*Form the other side of the bars, he replies.*
Yes, I am. However, Im not going to complain.
If this is what it takes for the guards of Greatgaunt to actually start reacting when an incident is taking place, then so be it. During previous instances, they have allowed me and others to leave after giving an explanation of our actions.
If they do no want any us to intervene any longer, then it is also fine. I can strive to not answer steel with steel. Even so, if I personally see someone slain or hurt, I simply cannot stand idle and let the aggressors and killers walk away.
If I am here to serve as an example for change, then I can live with it.

Marister decided to visit Holance now that the public trial of Abii was over. He asks one of the guards where Holance is kept mentioning the fact that he is acquainted with the inquisitor and the prisoner.
As he approached he noticed Fiona. He greeted them both but did not say anything further allowing Fiona to continue.

Sooner or later, a woman in silver and white full-plate, a white cloak and hood pace quickly into the Valkur's Roar dungeons. A globe of light overhead brighten her path, and any cracks of darkness other nearby sources of light neglected to cover. The clack and clank of metal, of greaves against stone as she make way purposefully along the cells. She only stop when finding the right one, the one containing Holance.
Gauntleted hands grip the bars tightly, she leaned over and the white hood pressed against the bars in peering within after him. She let him know that he has been missed, and that she apologize for not being around when "everything" took place. As if she had little else to do, she spend the next day along his side, unless otherwise expelled from the dungeons by the authorities.

Elon brings Holance extra food and a change of clothes from the Keep.
As long as Holance is in the cell in the roar and Elon is allowed to visit, Elon will bring messages address to Holance, and deliver messages for Holance in turn

Marister had left for a bit and then returned, the woman having left. He smiled warmly.
" Well at least the place is clean, Holance. Good on you for not protesting and standing up fr your code. I have a feeling you will not be here for long." he paused. " As for Shiv, I doubt this will be the end."
*He chuckled slightly* " I suppose Shiv having the cell mates he has is start of a punishment. Hang in there Holance."
He would of grasped Holance's arm in a warriors grip before turning and leaving.

*The caged paladin clearly appreciates the visits of his friends, battle comrades and the one he holds dear.
Hah! Fair enough, Fiona. Just do not start a revolt or tavern brawl due to me... Or without me. *He woud say in jest.*
*He thanks Elon for the food and clean clothes, while the two dicuss some triadic matters quietly.* Do let the others know that I am alright, brother. May The Triad's Blessings be upon you.
Thank you, Marister. Oh, Indeed! I just wish some others would realize the kind of man he truly is... *He says to the Ranger before he departs.*
There is no need to apologize at all. It must be difficult for you to see me here, so I am the one who should be sorry. *He replies to the hooded priestess with a faint smile forming on his features.*
*Thanks to them all, Holance is able to maintain his stoic resilience for the time being.*

Tanya takes post for one of the guards while he goes on meal break, and checks in on the detainees to ensure their treatment by the guard has been humane, but not fraternizingly familiar. She meets each visitor she sees with a cordial demeanor and points them in the right direction if a guard had not already done so. Beyond this, she remains distant; refusing herself the privilege of speaking to either Holance or Chell, beyond what duty would require.

A woman with piercing blue eyes and wild platinum blonde hair stops for a moment.
“Fine, fine I will take the bandage off. See gone. Nothing but a healing scar. Now take me to the one I asked to see please.” After a few steps, she suddenly stops in front of a cell. “A moment if you would. Shan’t take long. Just a few words.” She stands silent for a moment as if gathering her thoughts.
“This doesn’t become you Hollance and no I don’t mean that as a slight. You really shouldn’t be here. Not at all and not like this. Its cruel and well, well let us just leave it at that shall we. The fates are strange aren’t they though. Somehow I always was of the mindset that I would be in the cell and it would be you looking in upon me.” With a slight bow, she turns to the guard. “Sorry to delay, take me to the next cell if you would”

Some time later, a tall Triadic healer in white is seen. Under his arm is a stack of books tethered together with string. He greets Holance warmly "We thought you might like something to read while you're waiting, Brother"
He would also greet Chell with a broad smile and share the books out between them if permitted "This is a good one" he points out a particular book "It's about a paladin searching for the last resting place of a legendary knight, full of twists and turns"
The healer seems satisfied the detainees are being held in humane and sanitary conditions and pays his respects to Tanya.

A white haired female elf eventually makes it to the jail following the directions to Holance. Constantly peeking about frowning at the place before looking into his cell. She offers a couple boxes of her prized possession of chocolates.
"This land isn't kind to those that mean the best for it. It isn't forgiving to any is it. Yet we still all fight for it. You're the best example of a paladin I have seen in these lands, and yet here you are. You've caused questions to be asked of the laws. Brought people to question if we are even allowed to protect our loved ones from murderers, or just be forced to watch them cut down in fear of jailing and execution. You have a great many friends Holance. Many seek to rescue you, and find ways to get you out of this. You are a symbol now, Cormyr may not realize what they've done by jailing you for what you did. If there's anything you need, or want us elves can try to arrange it. And even if nothing good comes of all this, there will always be people to fight for what is right in the lands. Keep strong old man."
She would continue chatting for awhile, and try to turn things lighter and happier. And possibly give him a headache with her plot for hatching a pet cockatrice, giving him some Erevanite antics and silliness.

Grillo makes his way down the steps into the corridor. His plate armor making its usual noise echos off the walls. On his back strapped into place is his great axe that is never far from his grasp. Grillo walks down the corridor past a few guards and around a few turns. Some of the guards look at his enormous size wide eyed. Some even reach of their blades. None of this is a surprise to him as this is a normal reaction he gets. He pays them no mind as he continues on his way but makes sure that the width of his shoulders is evident as he passes them making them slink against the walls to give way. Finally reaching the cells, he walks by them one by one looking into each until he has come to the one he seeks. Grillo stands there a moment in disbelief. His voice is deep as usual. In a dark place like this might even be intimidating. " So the rumors is true. Them locked Holance in jail." His face hardens after the disbelief is replaced with a bit of anger. " The great Holance, defender of the good is placed in jail cell for doing what him is supposed to do. What him ALWAYS has done." Grillo moves closer to the bars and grips them tightly. His face moves with in inches of the bars as he peers in at Holance. Grillo's large frame takes up the majority of the cells doorway blocking out some of the light as he continues. " Grillo ask Holance few weeks back, How Holance will so strong? For him to teach Grillo how. Grillo want Holance to know now, Grillo hear lesson loud and clear. One has to believe in what them stands for." Grillo's fists gripping the bars ease a moment. His features on his face do the same. " Grillo want you out of here. Tell Grillo what to do.." The huge half orc stands there listening to Holance as the two talk for several hours.

*Late at night, and while reading one of the books he was given (Not by Nyssa), Holance would exclaim the following.*
Ragnhild, you are turly right. Once this is over, I shall change my approach and engage the problem differently. I will do my best to focus my efforts where the true issue lies. Even if I am not going to refrain from standing between agents of destruction and their victims, I can use the other "battlefield" and strike at them from above. This will probably take time though, because first I must right the wrongs and restore my standing with the auhtorities somehow.
*The next day, when Alyndra visists, Holance would smile faintly at her comment and reply.*
That is too kind of you to say. Though, I am not the first and hopefully not the last. If I am the best example that you have seen, then mayhaps you should get out of the Hullack more. Either way, I thank you for the support and the visits as well.
*As for what Grillo requests, the paladin would say:*
I cannot tell you what to do, Grillo, but I think I can tell now what you should be mindful of: If possible, solve situations in a way where the laws cannot be used against you. As for the others points, I can say that it is simple, yet at the same time too complex. How do I do it? To be fair, I am not really certain how.
I am a man of action; I was trained to stop evil swiftly whenever and wherever I see it. I am not alone, of course. I am only one among others, who choose to live, endure hardships and even more. Why you ask? We do it so that others do not have to. If I can take it, then it is because I embraced this path and lifestyle years ago. I knew the risks and I am loyal to the cause of my deities, to my purpose and to my true self.

As a Corporal in the Valkur's Roar Reserve Guard, Kian Kilgaroth serves time as a guard now and then as needed. With added prisoners actively in the cells, there on special request from the Council of Greatgaunt, the paladin serves as a guard once more. While on guard duty, he keeps familiarity with anyone to a minimum, answering questions politely but quietly and firmly, keeping to terse responses most of the time. He patrols back and forth as needed, making certain the conditions in the cells are humane and that the prisoners are not be delivered anything they should not be receiving from the steady stream of visitors.
On his own time, and while not on guard duty, Kian has visited Holance several times (These visits have been IC/IG).
Kian has passed by the other cells also but the other prisoners seem to have been sleeping and so he did not disturb them with a visit.

If permitted by the guards, Arak leaves a case of Triple Bock.

A dark mage enters the cells, looking in at Holance. "Seems we have switched roles for a bit hm." Smirks slightly."Quite refreshing I'd have to say, isn't it Holance?" Leans against the wall by the bars. "How are you doing on this cage then? Many come to visit I'm sure..". Studies Holance a while as they speak..

A dark shadow passes through the halls down to the dungeon, most likely unobserved by the guards and other visitors. She waits until most of Holance's visitors have left and approaches the cell. She nods to Kiki who arrives just after her. Light conversation with Holance ensues, along with the offer to break him out of jail. Like a true paladin, he refuses.

Salazar with reading material in hand ventures into the dungeon, his attention focused deeply on the material.
He stops in the middle of the hall and finally looks up, to see the cell bars. Catching a slight glimpse of Holance and others he sighs to himself.
"I do apologize for disturbing your peaceful stay in our facility. I tend to pace when i'm working."
Salazar folds up his reading material and offers a tip of his hat before quickly departing.

Arak Smithson visits Holance. Arak and Holance reminisce. Stories help pass the time. If permitted by the guards, Arak leaves a case of Triple Bock. Inquisitor Steel, being present more frequently during this time, would give a good-natured smirk for a moment, but would explain that this is indeed a jail, not a taproom... she would suggest that Arak save the sentiment for when Holance is released.

Taking a deep breath, he quickly steps up to each of the cells, and slips a parchment through the iron bars. He then hurries for the stairs. The parchment appears to be an advertisement... If not intercepted at the door, all parchments are confiscated by the guard and / or Inquisitor Steel... Steel approaches Gudwerks later that day... "Madame High Inquisitor, we need to look to our jail's security with more discretion. I've intercepted a keg of ale and now this. This is a prison, not a taproom, not a market square, and not a public lounge. I have the release order for Sir Holance, so I'm going to go let him out after securing his fine in Lions... then I'm putting this place back on lockdown as it should be."

A woman of long blonde hair, clad in the uniform of a Purple Dragon Swordcaptain enters the great hall, and makes for the cells. If permitted to enter, she willingly undergoes all security checks that are reasonably expected and required.
She moves to Chell's cell there, and should he be awake, starts talking with him quietly, in solemn tones.

//Adding my piece that I haven't had a chance to type in before Holance's release.
As Velisario left the quiet dark of the cellroom beneath the city hall, a faint glance of mottled dark colors could fixate amidst the imprisoned paladin's eye. A small mouse crunched and cricketed as its figure made itself far more apparent against the barren grey stonework across from Holance's cell. Hood drawn down and messy raven tresses cascaded chaotically around his slim features, Fenix sat cross legged on the far side of the room across from Holance's cell. Eyes dancing with a prismatic display, he studied the man in the cell like words on a page as he spoke in the uneven calm tone.
"Well, this is new."
---
Over the course of an evening, the men conversed, and the druid sat interestedly opposite the bars, speaking freely. A series of clay mugs and a small clay pot lay between him and the bars within reach, a relaxing herbal scent wafting from the magically heated clay pot. A chessboard was setup next to the cell door, a game long finished scattered about the board's surface. Some time within the evening, the druid departed much in the same way he made his way in.
