Heralds throughout Cormyr's cities, towns, and hamlets trumpet an announcement:
Hail Cormyrians! On the 30th of Hammer, and the following day of Midwinter, this Year of the Blazing Hand, the city of Valkur's Roar will host this year's Frost Fair!
This year's Frost Fair will boast ice skating, festive food and drink, merchants from across the kingdom selling their wares, special performances, and a special raffle to raise donations to help fund improvements in the city's under developed and impoverished areas.
Come one and come all, try on a pair of skates and fear not a fall, to this year's Frost Fair!
And remember - dress warmly.
