It has been suggested a few times. Should I bring him back to full capacity in the server?
Quite honestly I stopped playing the character when he was executed years ago (although he did pull through in an extraordinary way)
I just felt that his execution signified a win for certain people so I put him on the back burner.
Would people want to see Kross back?

Well, that is up to you. As for his execution, wasn't he preaching in Valkur's Roar some months ago? If he is still alive then I rather see him doing stuff than just existing. Although I enjoyed the conflict with him, perhaps his time is over as you metnioned.
If it is over though, then consider making some sort of final chapter for him, like an IC story in the forums. Too many chars of note tend to dissapear into obscurity too often. Of course the rest of the characters wouldn't still know what became of him, but the clousure would be for their players.

The thing with Kross is that the guy was executed by the Crown. He's also widely known as a convicted Banite high priest and for a rather hefty plot.
I mean, can he return? Sure. But I'm also sure you don't want Kross being a joke character. And once you're convicted, executed, and widely known as the highest priest of the most illegal faith in the land, walking around showing your face, downplaying that and at the same time downplaying Cormyr's (society and Crown's) response to that, it turns into a joke. If he didn't have all that baggage it'd be an instant yes, bring him back.
You know who else did that? Slate. Got executed, came back to life the very next day and downplays. But he's comic relief (and the undying spirit of Greatgaunt!). Don't be a Slate. Be a Kross.

Kross was well before my time. But I've been kicking around NWN servers for 10 years, so I've seen this before.
Be certain *why* you want to bring him back. If it's just an ego thing (and I don't mean that in an insulting way), then you do run the risk of him being remembered for this, rather than the great RP that led to the decision you made back then.

If he makes you happy, then bring him back. A character can apparently be executed, assassinated, disappear, and still come back.
It may go against a win for those that got him killed or even killed him, but a good number of us know nothing about him... so he would sorta be like a new character.
All that matters, is that you enjoy yourself and those that interact with you in a positive or negative (ic) fashion also enjoy themselves.
Edit: On a personal note, if a player initially goes along with a perma-death, rp and all, then that player should stick to it. Along with that, there should be some proof of existence in game via built areas or hint placeables etc. The final decision falls to you really.

You do realize that polls have squat influence on whether or not you can bring him back though right? If the majority are indifferent then... tadah!

Nah its bittersweet. Makes sense for him to go. I put a lot of work into that character so it hits me in the feelz. Imma finish his story in the life and times.

You could always wait a while, maybe another 6 months and then slowly integrate him again via an interesting player driven plot with others involved.

i voted no just cause i find it likely that the crown knowing about ressurection would likely do thinhs to make it essentially impossible anyway but i would think carefully returning my dead pc from any pvp/dm plot anyway, and that's just me

I won't vote, but it seems to me you ran this character through to a finalization of his story. Bringing him back would be diminish any accomplishments the whole plot had.

I voted no.
It is better to let something rest than to revive it and.. realise it's not the same/as good the next time around.
My suggestion instead would be to create a character with a similar concept, though with variations on the theme.

I voted yes. It's obvious to me that you want to play him, so to hell with what anyone else thinks.
