Kavian comes from a shadowed people, a people whom rarely leave their homeland and contact those of other races because of this like many of his kind he does not speak the common language of the lands but only his native tongue. Kavian is a half-ling whom hails from a hidden community, his people often conduct rituals and participate in activities that relate very closely to the shadow weave often causing travelers of other nations to frown upon their ways of life. Kavian has left his village to travel out and learn from the many nations of the lands. He seems to be a very sneaky person but not in the way of a thief more in the ways of he doesn't speak much and is often seen looking around as though observing the people around himself
