*upon leaving the City Hall of Valkur's Roar, Delfin set out walking the city streets, he regards everyone he encounters and speaks with in a calm manner addressing issues and concerns of the people who live there. He would stop every so often looking at the remnants of graffiti both current and those that were cleaned away if he can see them. He would as well visit all the sights where murders have taken place. (looked through all reports from a year ago to current), When visiting each of these spots, he is seen by others, lost in thought or speaking softly in Sylvan making hand gestures, *spellcraft, lore checks*. When asked, he would simply dip his head and say. "It is likely best to be thorough when conducting an investigation" He would then return to the task at hand, looking for residuals left over from spells, the feelings of magics in the air, or detection of such along his way. Sometimes, he would grab a guard that is off duty paying him out of his pocket for joining him. Occasionally he is seen speaking with others in regards to his talents and how he come about these lands. he would also be reassuring them that though he is part of the reserve, his bond is more aligned with the ways of the Seldarine and he would speak of each of the god/goddess in turn and of their different respects. His words upon leaving the conversations "I simply offer what aid I can to those who wish it, Seldarine's blessings walk with you in these difficult times".

*having returned to the city hall to continue looking over records while the city sleeps, when mid morning the next day he would be seen again exiting the City hall. He would speak to those he comes across and resume his investigation.*

Once again Delfin is seen leaving the Great Hall. He sets to work on speaking to others, in particular to the elves of the city. He speaks with a smile upon his face to those around him. Listening to what they have to say in regard to matters. Every so often their voice drops to a whisper and simple nods and shakes of the head are noted from those who pass by. Delfin is often seen back tracking as well as moving through the streets of the city. Conversing with some who are new, others he has spoken with only to revisit them. He would share news of recent events across the lands on what he has heard about. He continues this over the next few days.

*Delfin once more sets out, this time he heads straight to the docks. He begins speaking more to the elves of that particular section of the city. speaking about the ship being repaired. he would ask about what they are doing, who those that came on the boat have been seen with and where they go, what and where are the supplies coming from, people who what went on board....the last is reserved for the few who would know.

*in light of recent events going on within the city of Valkur's Roar, Delfin once again is seen walking with a guard through the city. He speaks to those he encounters offering words of reassurance that matters will settle down. He continues on to the docks to speak with the Dock Master there in regards to matters at hand. He would listen to the words and offer simi-formal greetings to him showing utmost respect. He would inquire into the recent attacks by pirates and find out where each ship was coming from. He would then take an inventory of the vessels and what/who they carried. He would then bid the Dock Master farewell and return to the Great Hall to continue his research*
