A letter is written and posted by some vagrant kids around Valkur's Roar. It reads:


The Maiden of Pain, the Willing Whip, Patroness of Torturers rules over our once proud city. Zodika Alho'ohani rides upon a Red Dragon, the very symbol of tyranny! Loviatar is her god, and she is the High Priestess in charge of her religion in The Forest Kingdom, this alone should tell you of her character. Until she is removed and her henchmen kicked out of the city, there will be blood spilled, there will be death, there will be opposition until there is no one left to stand. Zodika Alho'ohani is an enemy of Cormyr, who rules through bribery and intimidation. She has escaped the enforcement of law and order, but we know the truth of her being. We call upon the Harpers to come and give this city peace and freedom from these tyrants.
