For those that spend some time in Valkur's Roar or are just passing through the poorer sections of town on there way to other places, Ozwin can been seen there more often recently. Quite often she can be seen first going to one of the inns and buying large amounts of food then traveling to the slums and passing out the food to those in need and talking to the people of the area and see if there is anything she can help with. When not passing out food she can also be seen wandering the area looking at the different abandoned houses and buildings almost as if she is looking for one that would be suitable to use.
Again ozwin can be seen in the poor area of the roar. This time she has seemed to bring some cooking supplies and things to cook besides just the already cooked items from the inns. She sets up the cook pot in a little bit of an open area and offers beef stew, bread, and cooked boar to the people and talks with them for a while. She also offers healing to any that seem injured.
// I am going to start a running list here of the items she has used and food she has given enough out
8 loves of bread 3 cooked boar 1 beef 2 potatos 100 gold given to zero to buy food

*The homeless are skeptical at first, only the most desperate daring to take the freely offered items. As time passes and those who took them suffer no ill effects she finds herself with many hands eager to accept her charity.*
Noun 1. McGuffin - (film) a plot element that catches the viewers' attention or drives the plot; "the McGuffin was a key element of Alfred Hitchcock's films"
Zero been seen from time to time handing out fruit and berries, cheese, loaves of bread, and chunks of meat. She is sure to mention that, while Ozwin fears coming into the city she has not forgotten about the poor and less fortunate. Zero even donates a bit of her own coin to the cause, hoping that others will see and share in the good will.

Morgaine realizing she has little talent for cooking and less about properly preparing meals for large numbers approaches Talbot to ask him to distribute a number of meals per day to the poor of the city. She offers up a donation of 500 gold for supplies and 50 more to cover people to help prepare and serve to cover the first two weeks with instructions that hungry children come first and it is known that these are offered as a gift of Torm to the loyal citizens of the city.

Over the last few weeks Card not only imbibes a quota of unreasonably expensive whiskey meant more appropriately for a dozen sailors rather than a single man, but also makes regular use of both male and female prostitution services. He delights in only the finest and freshest of foods, showing a preference for both sushi and the honorary Cormyrian national dish, grilled eel. He always adds gratuitous gratuity to all providers of services. He is jovial and friendly at all times, but never once flashes his coin purse at the proletariat unless they have directly performed for him some service worth payment.
Occasionally, small bundles of berries, cookies, juice, cheese and apples are generously left upon benches, low walls and tables within the walls of Valkur's Roar. These bundles are neatly wrapped in brown paper and most tend to bare the holy symbol of Torm's gauntlet. To the untrained eye the offered food would appear quite tempting. They are all in fact contaminated with deadly poisons subtracted from scorpions and spiders of the giant varieties. These bundles appear randomly enough throughout the city and never in the same location twice.

Morgaine moves around the city speaking of the generosity of Torm will always be handed directly from one that is visible and can be trusted. Foul agents of the black sun or black hand will leave fakes unattended. She insures that people know better than to just eat food left for them without source identified.
