Be it known that information has been provided to the Crown that the elven man Rarebril has committed criminal acts including:
Committing one count of Assault
~Selmyra Bel
Committing two counts of Murder
~Tal Angelo-Sovereign
~Akemi
Hereby the individual known as Rarebril is wanted by the Crown Dead or Alive. The bounty for his delivery is established at 21,000 gold if captured alive and 10,500 if slain.
